Love or hate?( A difficult choice)

Chapter 4

The rays of the sun was too harsh on me. I woke up but could not open my eyes it was too bright. I rubbed my forehead, god it was hurting so much. "Ah uh, my head".it felt like someone was trying to fix in a nail in my head with a hammer. What happened last night I tried to recall but nothing came to me. I moved my limbs with great difficulty and sat up on the bed, still rubbing my forehead. I heard some movement and tried to open one eye to see, nothing was clear and it hurt too much so I closed it again. The person handed me a glass of water along with two pills, I gulped it down and payed back down to relax.

I woke up again and felt much better this time. I sat up slowly and opened my eyes to look at my surroundings. A loud gasp came out of my mouth before I could stop it. The room was huge , like really huge. There were two large windows on the left side wall. It had a huge couch on one side with a beautifully designed coffee table in front. A big dresser on the other side which had elegant artistic crafts on it. The king seized soft water bed was in the middle of the room. The ceiling had old fashioned but still the best and most expensive hand made designs. The colour light ocar complimented the blue art work. I stared around open mouthed, I have never seen such a place before. I slowly got up and walked towards one of thee two doors in front of the bed revealing a bathroom. "Thank God I desperately needed to pee. As soon as I walked in I gasped for the second time today. The bathroom itself was bigger than my apartment. It had a bath tub but the best part was the shower which was surrounded by glass on all sides. Whose place is this? Who loves here? It's like a dream house or rather I should call it a palace.

I came out of the bathroom after doing mu business to find a girl in her early twenties standing there. "Good afternoon madam, do you need anything?"

"Umm, yeah can I use the bathroom to freshen up before I leave?"

"Of course madam, you can use whatever you want. Here, I will show you". She led me to a door on the right corner of the room near the dresser which I failed to notice before. She slid it open to reveal a big box room, there was shelves on all four sides. Two side was lined up with dresses of all types and colour, one had foot wears and accessories while the other had bags and some night wears and casual clothes. There were drawers below the shelf full of Ugs and bras, there were other necessary items in there too. I was shocked to see so many clothes, I only ever owned two dresses at the most but this place was filled with these expensive designer ones.

"I.. I can't use Hesse, it's ok I can just freshen up and then leave."

"Oh no no madamoiselle, these are all for you. Master has strictly told everyone to take special care of your need. You don't worry about anything and just gear ready for a late breakfast".she left the room leaving me confused, I think she mistook me for some other person.

I shrugged the thought off and picked up a simple but elegant white dress with pink flowers all over. Taking one out of many won't hurt. i went into the bathroom and took a shower, I wore the dress and it fitted me perfectly, it came up to my knees and me look taller.
I came out ready to leave. I heasited for a moment, is it right to go down on my own, but I was really hungry and to confirm it at that very moment my stomach growled loudly.

I made my way out of the door, there was a long corridor with light cream coloured walls and yellow dimlike those on aeroplanes. It gave it a very cozy feeling. I walked down the long corridor where I found a huge double door made of fine wood, looking very expensive. I pushed it but it did not budge I tried harder and pushed with all my might but nothing happened. I looked around to find any other way but there was none. The only way out was the huge China Wall in front of me that would not move. I turned around to walk back to the room, I might find a phone or something and call Kevin.

BANG, the door suddenly burst open scaring the shit out of me. A scream left my mouth and I turned back sharply causing a whiplash in my neck. I saw the same made standing there with an apologetic look on her face. I breathed out loudly not even realising that I was holding a breath.

"I an so sorry madam I scared you, I came here to escort you to the dining room, please come with me".

"It's alright, let's go".

I stepped out of the double door and followed behind her, we passed some more corridors to reach a wide space like a hall, decorated with a huge chandelier in the middle. The girl led me to a flight of spiral stairs which were elegantly designed. We went down two storeys and then into a room which had a long and very expensive looking wooden table. The place was decorated with expensive vases and paintings on the wall. Where am I? Am I in a fucking palace, this can't be the place where the party took place I was sure of that. The maid gestured me to sit down on the table, putting a plate of food in front of me.

"Sorry, madam everyone had already eaten therefore I could bring you much, from tomorrow I will make sure to provide variety".

I stared down at the plate full of bacon, cookies, pancakes, sandwich and juice was also there. Variety? What was put in my plate was not MUCH? What else they eat in breakfast!!! I have never had more than one thing for breakfast before. I looked back up at her to find her waiting for my reply. "Oh, no no it's more than enough, thank you".

The food was delicious, I was too hungry to leave anything on the plate so I finished everything served to me and got up thanked the servant and told her to give my regards to the cook. Now I was ready to leave but did not want to, who would ever want to leave their dream palace? I looked at the maid standing there waiting for my next move. "Could you please call the person who brought me here last night so I can thank them for third hospitality".

" I am sorry madam , Master is busy right now and he will definitely meet with you later. Till then you can look around and explore, I will keep you company if you want".

I had to leave but it was a beautiful house and I would like to see more of it. A little more time here won't hurt I am sure. "Okay, I would love to see around and you can definitely accompany me or I am sure to get lost".

We went out of the room and into the sitting area which was anciently designed, with four large couches and a coffee table in the middle, white curtains were all around the room. All the furniture were chocolate brown which complimented the cream walls and white curtains. It was a beautiful room. We then went to the kitchen which was full of expensive and modern gadgets. Some other bedrooms were even bigger and marvellous.

We wnt last to the garden which was huge you have to use a golf car to go around, but whatever I could cover was beautiful with flowers of all types, shapes and colours. We went back in and she kept explaining about how there were about two dozen servants to look after the house and it was guarded at all times by well trained guards. All in all the house was big and gorgeous nothing like Anything I have ever seen before. The maid whose name I found out was Gloria led me back to the living room I saw someone sitting there, the person was turned away from me so I could not see his face. As we approached he turned around and a relieved smile came to my face.

"Kevin, you are here, thank God I was just thinking how would I go back I don't even know where this place is. Where is Amanda is she here too?

He did not reply his face was completely blank, his usual heart warming smile was missing. "What's wrong? Kevin, is everything alright, Amanda has something happened to her?" He was still silent. I was getting really worried now why was he not saying anything. Suddenly the door opened and the black eyed boy came in. He looked at us and then smiled at me, a very sarcastic smile. What was happening here? Now I was scared. I looked back at Kevin who looked at me with sadness in his eyes. I was completely lost. "Will you say something , please you are scaring me ".

"Nothing happened, Amanda is alright you don't have to worry she is safely dropped at her house last night."

I sighed loudly, "okay then let's go home". I turned towards the other guy whose name I still did not know "thank you so much for your help last night and bringing me here safely and yes I am also sorry,I am not a good drunk, I guess"I said giving him an embarrassed smile. After a few minuted of silence I looked at Kevin and gestured for him to move so we could go. I started moving towards the door and as soon as I opened it two hugely built men stood before me blocking my way. I frowned and looked back at Kevin, he was just staring at me blankly.

I turned back facing the mem"is there a problem?" The kept looking forward not bothering to answer. I looked at them with questioning eyes. The next words that came out of his mouth destroyed my whole world.

"I am really sorry but you are not going anywhere. This is your home from now on."
