A loud gasp sounded around the room. Everyone was staring at me open mouthed. My eyes widened in shock I looked at Darmen who was smiling at me. He put his hand in the small of my back and started pulling me away towards the back of the hall. "Don't look so shocked you should be happy you are going to be the prince's wife after all."

"Your wife, but-but I don't want to be your wife. Why did you say that. I don't even know you, i don't want to just marry anyone".i said panicking and looking around, people were still staring at us.

"Anyone? Are you stupid you are the Prince Darmen Ross 's fiancé now cmon put on a smile on your face and meet everyone try to mingle with them. I am sure Lisa taught you enough". He said harshly and started pulling me back towards the crowd.

I saw everyone staring at me. Some girls were smiling politely while most of them were flaring at me. If looks could kill I would be dead by now. A guy In black tux walked towards us with a gorgeous girl by his side. "Wow wow Darmen so at last you found the love of your life and here I was, thinking you would never settle down." The guy then turned towards me and bowed in a small gesture taking my hand and placing a small kiss on it. "Hello My Lady I am prince Varun and this is my lovely wife Demona, I must say I am very pleasantly surprised and happy to see such a gorgeous girl marrying my oh so cocky friend here. You have got a good catch brother." He said playfully punching Darmen on his arm.

"Oh shut up Varun you are scaring the girl here, please don't mind him". She said giving me a broad smile. "But I am very happy to finally meet you Darmen talks a lot about you, by the way you are really pretty. Good job brother I approve". Darmen just rolled his eyes at her "yeah yeah little sis now if you two will excuse us we have to meet other people".he tried to drag me away but I pulled against him.

"Wait, sister you are his sister?"I asked surprised I have never heard about him having any sister or in that case about anyone of his family.

"Yeah, I am guessing he never talks about us.

"Not really he does not talk much actually". I tried to cover up. But I don't know why I did that it should not matter to me that he would be embarrassed. I just did not want Demona to get hurt.

She turned to Darmen now "really brother you did not tell her about us and our bro_sis bond. Anyways you don't mind him Ava I will tell you everything. We have a lot of catching up to do later. You too need to tell me how did you catch my brother's eyeNow go mingle they are getting quiet impatient".

Yeah, really 'girl time' what should I tell her... Oh let's see your brother actually kidnapped me and is forcing me into this marriage. I don't think so. "Darmen sweet heart, how are you". A shrill loud voice brought me out of my thoughts. A tall girl was standing in front of Darmen. Her chest almost at his face.

"I am good Linda I must say you certainly know how to dress up".

The girl giggled "oh Darmen you definitely know the right thing to say. And of course you look handsome yourself." Wow so now they are flirting in front of me. I cleared my throat loudly to gain their attention. The girl turned to glare at me angry about the interruption. "Oh I completely didn't see you there", she then turned back to Darmen ignoring my presence " so Darmen what you doing tonight after the ball, I am sure if you are free you must come by". Really now she is asking my fiancé to sleep with him in front of me, oh no I am not letting her insult me like that.

"Oh , I am so sorry to disappoint you Miss Linda my fiancé here is sure busy with me tonight right honey," I said with a sweet smile. Darmen gave a fake smile and nodded his head "now if you would excuse us we have to go talk to others".

We started walking together again "so I am considered your fiancé now I knew you were just acting tough to get. Who could say no to the prince."
