3rd pov Lockwood

When Lockwood woke up the next morning and immediately felt the sun coming through the curtains on his window, he tried rolling on stomach stomach to block it from his eyes, but he was already awake. After a few minutes of trying to get back to sleep, he gave up, fixed his hair, and went downstairs. When he got into the kitchen, Lucy was already up, and George was almost finished with breakfast. "Good morning, guys,"

"Hey Lockwood," said Lucy, looking absolutely adorable, with her hair messed up and her being curled into a little ball. George just grunted in response. This is why he can only end up with Flo. Lockwood sits in his normal seat, as the morning goes on he catches that Lucy seems a little off, normally she sits with her legs up because she's short and tries to not remind her self of the fact. But this morning, she's been sitting there with her head on her knees the whole time.

"Are you feeling okay, Luce?"

"I'm fine, I'm just waiting for the painkillers to kick in."

"So 'no' you're not feeling alright, are you sick?"

"No, I'm just a teenage girl."

"What?"

"She's on her period," Holly says.

"How do you that?" Lockwood really had no idea how she just knew. She literally just walked in right before Luce said she was a teenage girl.

"Because I am too, and she's curled into a little ball of pain."

"Wait, because you're on yours, you know Luce is in hers?"

"We fell sync a few months ago." Lucy says as if it was supposed to make sense, but instead of prying, Lockwood just went upstairs to jump through the shower and get dressed. When he came back down Quill had shown up and George had gone to the archives, he could not find Lucy, but if she was cramping, she probably just wanted to curl up in her bed and go back to sleep.

"Where's Luce?"

"Her cramps were getting to her, so she went to lay down," Holly said.

"Oh okay, so why aren't you dying of pain if you're also on your period."

"My painkillers already kicked in."

"That's it?"

"That and some girl get it worse than others."

"I'm going to get her a warm water bottle that always seemed to help Jess."

"She'll probably like, but first, are you two like an actual thing yet?"

"I'm not sure. This is part of me trying to find out."

"How do you not if you're dating someone?"

"I'm bad with the whole emotions thing. I'm going to go check on her."

"Make sure to wrap the bottle in a rag, or else it'll burn her skin."

"Thanks, Holly." Once he gets up the stairs with the bottle for Lucy, he knocks on her door, he get a muffled grunt in response. He takes that as a 'it's open' and walks in. "Hey Luce, I brought a hot water bottle to help with the cramps."

She rolled over to face him and gave him a weak smile when she saw the bottle. "Thanks, Lockwood," she says, taking it from him. She then makes space for him to sit on the other end of the bed.

"So I know it's an odd time to ask this, but.... What are we?" She looked confused by my question.

"Meaning...?"

"Like are we just really close friends or..." Lockwood suddenly felt really weird asking her this question

"If you're asking me if I wanna be more than friends with you, the answer is yes."

"Really!? That's great, after I gave you the necklace I was hoping that you'd get my question, but I'm not good at this stuff so I wasn't sure and-" She cut him off by kissing his cheek.

"You're rambling," She says, smiling. "It doesn't matter if you're not good at this kind of thing, I'm still going to date you regardless."

"So you'll officially be my girlfriend."

"Only if you'll officially be my boyfriend"

"Then that's a yes. And since we are now an actual couple, you should probably call me Anthony, because to me this isn't just something I think will end after a few months. "

"Me too, I've had a crush on you for so long, I want this to last. " Lockwood can not believe it, Lucy and he are actually dating. And she has also liked him for a while. He moves next to her on the bed, and she lays her head on his shoulder. He takes her hand and rests his head on hears.

"I love you," Lockwood did not even know he said it out loud until.

"I love you too, Anthony." They sat there for a while, just talking about everything and nothing until they heard.

"Hey Tony, you need to come see this!" Quill almost sounded excited. Lockwood just sighed and squeezed Lucy hand.

"I better go see what he needs." He gets up and heads down the stairs.

"Hurry up!"

"I'm coming calm down." As he walked into the hallway, he saw why he was so excited. "Mum, dad, Jess?!?!"

"And you told me to calm down."

Anthony ignored his stupid comment and hugged his family. "How is this possible?"

"I'm not sure, son, but here we are." His dad said.

"I never saw your bodies, but I found Jess swollen and dead."

"That's because their bodies were burnt in the fire." Jess said. This was the best day of his life. His family is back, and Lucy becomes his girlfriend.

"I missed you guys so much." Once he let go of them, Quill put his arms around Jess. They were dating before she died. And they headed into the living room

"So Jess clearly had a boyfriend before she died. Do you have a girlfriend yet, Anthony?" Mum asked.

"Actually, yes."

"You finally asked her out?" Quill asked.

"Yeah, we were kind of a thing for a while, but I officially asked her out like an hour ago."

"What can you tell us about her?"

"Well, we have such an odd set up here. She's actually up in her room, I can just go up and get her."

"Which room is she staying in?"

"My old one, I'm in the master bedroom, and George is in the nanny's room, and Jess has just recently been safe to enter again." He got some really confused looks. "Quill, can you explain that while I go get Luce."

"Sure, so basically..." He started as Lockwood walked out.

When he got up to Lucy's room, he knocked and went right in. "Hey, Luce."

"Hey, what did he want."

"Well, actually, I'm up here because of it. My parents and sister are here."

"Wait, the sun's up, so its not their ghosts. How are they alive?"

"I don't know, but you need to come meet them.

"Okay, let me brush my hair and get actual clothes on."

"Okay, love, I'll see you downstairs."'

"Pet names, really,"

"You don't like it?"

"Didn't say that, just didn't expect you to be that kinda boyfriend."

"You say that like I knew what kind I would be."

"There is that, I'll be down in a few minutes." And with that, he left her room and headed back down stairs and talked with his family about what happened in my life since their deaths. Then Lucy came in.
