3rd Pov

"The best answer I can think of is me moving in with Quill." Jessica said. They had been debating the new sleeping arrangements for half an hour now. "That way Tony can have my room and Lucy can room with him until her brother goes back up north with the rest of their family."

"Jess has a point." Anthony said supporting her, he also was looking forward to getting to cuddle Lucy at night for at least a week.

"Jessie, last time I checked you were only nine."

"That's only because you died when I was nine, I was Tony's age when I was killed."

"You were four?"

"No, he was nine and I was 14."

"Actually Jess, I'm 17. You died 8 years ago not 5."

"Plus Tony's almost an adult, he can make his own decisions, he definitely knows better then to do anything that stupid." She says gesturing to her little brother's crotch.

"Oh, you'd be surprised how stupid he can be." Quill said, this comment go him hit in the back of the head by Jessica, and in the stomach by Anthony.

"While I have done some really stupid stuff, I wouldn't do anything like that."

"It can't be that stupid son."

"Dad we burnt down a house. And have almost been killed by mad men several times."

"Really?"

"Fairfax, Joplin, and Winkman multiple times. He actually died somewhere on the stairs."

"Yeesh, son. How many people died in this house?" He thought for a moment.

"At least 4."

"But anyway..." Jessica said trying to change the topic back. "I'm going with Quill."

"Jessie..."

"I'll still come over all the time, I just won't stay over night most of the time." Donald sighs.

"Hun, this seems to be the best option." Celia says caving.

"Celia?!"

"She's like 23, she can make her own decisions."

"But-"

"And she said she'll still stop by a lot." Jessica looks at him with pleading puppy eyes.

"Fine..."

"Yes!" She gets up and hugs him. "Thank you daddy."

"Don't make me regret this..."

"Oh yeah, 'cause I'm totally gunna do anything stupid." Quill laughs.

"Careful, we haven't gotten out of here yet."

Tired of hearing them Anthony left to find Lucy. He checked the library, her room, and the basement, but didn't find her. He asked Michel, but he said he didn't know where she went. He eventually found her in a tree in the back yard.

"Hey Luce..." He said joining her.

"Hey..." She sighed not looking at him.

"You alright?"

"It's just a lot to process."

"I guess I did get a better part of the craziness." He said putting an arm around her.

"Ok klutz, let's not both fall out of this..." She laughed nervously when the branch dipped down.

"I'm not a klutz." He pouted.

"I've seen you trip over several random things this week alone." She laughs.

"Like what?"

"When you were leaving the practice room and tripped. When you got your sword stuck in Esmeralda and fell getting it out. When-"

"Ok, point taken. I was trying to help you, but you had to go and make fun of me."

"Well it worked, thanks."

"Anything for you."

"This just seems so unreal."

"I know, it's like it's just a dream." He said smiling.

"Maybe for you... an abusive dad and a brother that you never knew about isn't nearly as great."

"I'll admit, that would be crazy. What's the plan with him?"

"Eventually head north. Right now though, I'm just not in the right mind set for all of this.- The more I think about it the more I realize all that gripe about wanting a son..." She stopped to swallow the lump in her throat. "He just wanted me dead instead of Michel." She finally breaks down.

"Sweetheart, I- I'm sure that's not it."

"Then why?"

"I'm not sure sweetheart, but there is no way it could be that."

"Anthony, come in for lunch." Celia said walking into the back yard.

"I'll be in in a minute mom."

"Well hurry up, you don't it to get cold."

"I know, we're just in the middle of a conversation."

"Why out here, let alone in the tree?"

"It's where I found her. We'll be in in a minute."

"Ok." She said finally leaving.

"Sorry about that."

"I don't really mind, I'm sure it's nice to have back."

"To be honest, I think having my parents telling me what to do again is going to get annoying fast. Seeing as I've spent so long without anyone here that I actually have to listen to.".

"Well maybe it'll extend your life a little."

"Well us being together did that."

"That's another thing, you were over protective before this." She motions between them. "I don't want that to get even worse now that we're together. Actually I think you should trust me and my ability enough to not be as protective as you are, but I know that's not going to happen."
"To be fair-" She takes his hand and interrupts him.

"I know, it's not in your nature after all that has happened, and that you do trust me, but that- never mind, that part would probably end up bad."

"What is it, you can tell me anything. I promise I won't go off on you."

"I was going to say back off a little when it comes to the whole me talking to ghosts thing, but that'll probably end bad if you do."

"If you let me keep you safe while you do it, you can talk to them... that's a different conversation though-my mom is probably waiting, we should probably head in."

"Yeah, probably." She said holding onto the tree trunk.

"You want help down, don't you?"

"I didn't know I was this high up ok?"

"You've jumped from much higher." He laughs.

"Yeah, but my life was on the line then."

"Your just like a cat." He says getting out. "Just jump and I'll catch you."

"You're lucky I trust you." She says centering up on the branch.

"Well how else would you get down?"

"The same way you get an actual cat out of a tree."

"I wouldn't climb up there and carry you back down. Just jump already." She laughs and does as told. He catches her by the waist and gently sets her on the ground. On her way down she glanced through the window.

"Your mom seems impatient right now." He glances back.

"Better hurry in then."
