I sat in a cold cellar in a corner. My hands and feet were tied so I couldn't move. I was definitely scared out if my mind.

I couldn't really remember much after my eyes were covered. I kinda just woke up on here. I don't know how long I've been in here but all I knew was that I was starving.

I probably was in the worst possible situation right now, but all I could think about was that Alexis girl with her hands, and lips, all over Carl.

My Carl.

I rested my head against the stone wall behind me and closed my eyes. A small tear slipped down my cheek.

Was he even worried about me?

Just then, I heard the creaking of the cell door open. I opened my eyes to see a figure slip in. It was too dark to make out any specific features.

The figure kneeled in front of me and I noticed a blonde ponytail. Alexis. I stared at her, my eyes filled with half fear half anger.

"Aw, have you been crying?" She mocked and smirked. I glared at her.

"Go to hell." I muttered.

She grinned at me. "Tough words for someone who's tied up." She said.

"Un-tie me and you'll see how tough I am." I spat. She frowned at me.

"Oh hun, I'm not stupid." She said.

"Find that hard to believe." I muttered.

I then felt a sharp pain explode on my cheek. She slapped me.

I turned to look at her. Her crystal blue eyes were glaring at me.

"Listen here, bitch." She said. "We're gonna let you out of here and your going to break up with Carl." She said.

I glared at her. "If you think I'm gonna-"

She cut me off with another slap.

"Your going to tell him he means nothing to you. Your gonna break his heart, you got that?" She spat.

She shook my head. "Never." I growled.

She sighed and quickly whipped out at gun and pressed it against my temple.

"Don't think I won't shoot you." She said. I could tell that she wasn't bluffing by the look she gave me.

"Let me continue. Your them going to go on a run with Marcus. And when stood get back I'm going to tell Carl that you got bit." She said and smirked.

It made me sick.

"Understand?" She said perkily.

She shut my eyes, bit my lip and nodded. I no longer felt the cool metal of the gun against my head.

Alexis stood up and looked out the cell door.

"Come on." She said and the two men who took me here appeared.

I watched them as they cut loose my binds. They each took one of my arms and yanked me too my feet.

Alexis began to make her way out of the cell and I received a shove from one of the men to follow her.

I stumbled but followed. The two men followed behind me. They both had guns so I didn't dare to try anything. Alexis pushed open the door and stepped out side.

I had to shield my eyes from the bright sun. Being on the dark for so long.

Alexis stepped the side to reveal Carl sitting and eating. Just seeing him made me want to burst into tears.

He hadn't yet noticed me as I walked past Alexis. She put a hand on my shoulder and leaned in.

"Remember what I said." She muttered, I gulped and nodded. She let go of my shoulder.

I slowly made my way toward Carl and he looked up. As soon as he saw me he smiled, put aside his plate and jogged over to meet me.

"Hey!" He said and leaned in for a hug.

Oh, how badly I wanted to hug him. Feel his arms wrap around me. But no. I put up a hand to stop him.

He looked down at me worried and confused.

"Mikayla? Is everything alright?" He asked.

I looked down as tears filled my eyes. I shook my head.

"No...they're not." I said. Nothing was alright. I looked up.

"Carl, there's something I have to tell you." I said and blinked back tears.

Time to put on the show of my life.
