:Edited:
I opened my eyes to see the bus pulling up to the high school. The guy was still sitting next to me just staring.
"Um excuse me?" I said.
He smirked. "Your different."
"Your point is?" I asked as I put my headphones back into my bag.
"It's a good different. I'm Hunter Hayes by the way. What's your name?" He extended his hand out to shake mine.
I took my pointer finger and thumb and shook his hand.
"Aw come on babe. Just shake my hand. You think I'll kill you or something?" He smiled.
The bus stopped and the doors swung open.
"Look. I'm gonna get off so I can get to class. Ok?"
He just sat there until everyone was off.
"Shake my hand, then I'll let you off." Hunter stated.
"No." I stood up and put my book bag on my back. Right before I could grab my purse, Hunter took it and quickly got off the bus. I ran after him, but it was no use. He was a lot faster.
Man. I should really start running more in gym. I stopped and put my hands I my knees. I huffed trying to get air.
I looked up to see a smirking Hunter above me.
"Now will ya shake my hand? I mean there might be some important things in here that you don't want all over the schools hallway."
I stood up. "You know, your being a absolute jerk! I will not tolerate your attitude. Give me my bag back, or else I'll get the guys in here to beat you up. Oh trust me they will. All the guys here all falling at my feet for me."
"Haha. I bet not. You won't even shake my hand."
I started walking toward the building. The bell rung. Great. I though. I turned around to see Hunter still standing there in the same position. But this time, he is facing me.
I looked over to a puddle of water since it rained last night. Hunter must have noticed me looking there. Cause when I knew it he looked to it then at me.
"DONT!" I yelled.
He smirked then walked slowly to the muddy puddle.
I reached my back pocket of pants to get my phone. It wasn't there. I must have put it in my bag when I put my headphones up. Great! Now my phone will be ruined as well as my bag.
"Fine hunter! Ill shake your hand. Just please don't put my bag in that muddy water." I started walking towards him.
He pulled his arm back up and walked to me. I'm glad I said something. My bag was a few inches from being drowned.
"Is that gonna be hard for you?" He asked in a childish voice.
I huffed then stuck my hand out.
Hunter grabbed it and shook it.
"I'm Hunter Hayes. What's your name?"
"Jade Sims." I mumbled.
"Can't hear you."
"I said Jade Sims."
He smiled, then handed me my bag. He did something that I didn't expect him to do.
He grabbed wrist and pulled me toward the school.
"Let go!" I screamed.
He just laughed. I really don't get this guy at all. He is a stupid jerk, and he is.. I want to rip his head off.
He opened the doors, then let go of my wrist once we were inside.
"We have the same first class. I saw your classes." He said.
"H-how?"
"The paper was in top inside your bag."
Hunter walked toward me and whispered in my ear. "See you around beautiful." He backed up and winked.
