Once we reached hunters room, we sat on the couch. I honestly don't know what he wants to talk to me about. So I'm pretty nervous.

"You remembered how I told you I'm having a concert?"

"Yeah?"

"Well it ended up getting canceled the day you stayed. Well last night."

"Ok and?"

"Well I'm having it today."

"Ok your point is?"

"Well they called my mom, and told her a place an hour away from the place I'm going is wanting me to give a concert also."

"Oh. Well you'll be back tonight right?"

"Well maybe. The first concert is 2 hours away, and it lasts about a hour. then that one an hour away from that place, and another hour long concert. I have to leave at 5:30 cause the concert starts at 8."

"Oh." Now I may not get to see him much cause of his stupid concerts.

"But. That's not what I wanted to tell you."

"My mom texted me on our way over here, she called your mom since today they are coming home from their business trip thing. Anyways, your mom said you can come with us, but you have to be home for school in the morning."

"Aren't you going to school?"

"No. Cant. I'll be to tired. But it's a three hours of driving, and two hours of concerts, not counting coming back."

"That will add up to a total of eight hours."

"Yeah. We won't get home until maybe, 1:30, 2:00."

"We stayed up that late last night."

"Yeah but this is different. Those were just movies and games. This is the real deal. Concerts and driving all around."

"Oh so hanging with me was just something fun for you?"

"I didn't say that."

"Pretty much! You think your concerts is more important than your own girlfriend!" I grabbed my bag and left that room. Bad things happen in there.

I herd the door open then slam again. I could tell by his footsteps that he was jogging. I started running. I'm pretty fast so maybe he won't catch me.

I got to the end of the hall when a hand wrapped around my wrist.

"Go away Hunter!" I screamed.

"It's not me."

I turned around to see Derek right there. Hunter was a few steps away. He stop dead once he saw Derek.

"Leave her alone." He warned.

"Then why did she just scream go away Hunter." Derek fought back.

"It's my business not yours."

"Well Jade is my best friend. I may not be to her, but she is mine. I'll ask her if you won't tell me. She'll tell me anything."

Hunters eyes widen. "Go ahead. Ask her."

"Jade." he looked at me. "What happen."

"He practically said his concerts were better than me."

"I did not!" Hunter interrupted.

"Yes you did! You said we won't be home until 1:30, 2:00! We were up that late last night. Then you said they were just games and movies, a concert wears you out!"

"Shut up! The both of you!" A teacher came out and said. "Get to the front office. All three of you."

Me and Derek started walking to the doors, and Hunter was a few feet back behind us.

It really hurts when something stupid mean more to someone than you.

Once we reached the office the principle told us to sit. So we did.

"Mr. Matthews told me three kids were. Coming. You must be the three."

"Yeah. We are." Derek stated.

"Why were y'all sent up here?"

"These two were yelling at each other, so I wanted to hear Jades story." Derek was sitting in between us and pointed at us.

I just rolled my eyes.

"Oh. Well you should be in class anyways."

"I was, I went to go to the bathroom and I saw her running down the hall away from him."

"Oh. Why were y'all two out of class?"

"Because he wanted to tell me something. I followed him to his room he bought. He was talking about his concerts and stuff. I got mad at him and ran out." I said.

"She was crying in the bathroom cause Maddie said something to her. After the bell rung I went in and comport her. Like a good boyfriend should. I told her I needed to tell her something, so we walked to my room in the second building. I started to tell her about my concerts tonight. And how I'm not coming to school cause we won't get home till 2 in the morning. Then she said how we were up at that time last night. I said yeah just games and movies. But I'll be tired cause of the concerts and driving. So she thought it I was meaning my concerts are more important. She ran out and then Derek grabbed her wrist. She yelled. Then he asked me why we were yelling at each other, then the teacher came out." Hunter said.

"Well I must give y'all detention. But since he has a concert, I'll give it to y'all tomorrow after school. Or you can go to Iss for today."

Of course we all chose Iss.

After 6 more hours of being quite in a room, the bell rung for dismissal. Since Hunter drove me here, I don't know how I'll get home. I'm mad at him.

I started to walk towards the bus after I closed my locker. Hunter appeared In front of me around the corner.

"Just let me drive you home." He said.

"Why would I get a ride with someone who hurt me."

"What?"

"Earlier. Concerts are better than your girlfriend." I pushed passed him and continued down the hall. He came after me and out a hand on my shoulder. I shrugged it off.

"Why are you being like this?"

"Cause."

"Please stop. I'm sorry. Your better than any concerts. I wasn't thinking. I'm just nervous about tonight. I haven't done any thing like this before. Maybe a talent show in 7th grade, but that's it."

"Whatever Hunter. Just take me straight home." I stood my back facing him.

He tried grabbing my hand, but I pulled it away. I don't even like the thought that have to wrap my arms around him on his motorcycle.

Once we got out there he gave me his helmet. I put it on. He hopped on first to start it. He told me to hop on. So I did. I slowly put my arms around his waist.

His hands touched mine. I flinched.

"Baby it's ok." He then started to drive away from the school. As he speed up my grip kinda tighten. I laid my head on his back closing my eyes. This morning I was looking around and enjoying the air, now I'm holding onto him with everything.

He started to slow down. I looked up to see a red light. He turned his head to the side.

"I'm really sorry. Please forgive me."

"Ok."

"Ok for what?"

"I forgive you."

"Thanks." He turned around, and the green light appeared.

I closed my eyes and put my head on his back again. I feel safe with him even if he does make me mad.
