Hunters POV

I found a empty parking space up front. I pulling into it, to be followed by a car parking beside me. I shut off the engine and got out. Same didn't the other person.

We both looked at each other. It was Jordan. Wait.... How does he know about this?

"Erm.. Hey." I rubbed the back of my head.

"Hey."

"What's up?"

"Same thing. I mean.. The reason your hear."

"Oh? Jade?"

"Yeah." He looked to the building then at the ground.

"Yeah. I was on the phone with her and I heard everything. Between her screams and the breaking of glass."

"Oh.. I was driving down the road from the cafe and saw her car under the 18 wheeler. Then I saw you standing there yelling at the firefighter." He chuckled at the last part.

"I just wanted to make sure she was ok.."

"Yeah."

We both went silent, then headed inside. Let's just say, it was awkward. All you saw were people on stretchers, or bones is different forms. Even people coughing, or throwing up. Some already had a cast on, and some people were just sitting there.

I sat in the back of the room where not any people where. Eh.. Maybe 4 or 5. But now 7 since Jordan and I sat down.

I played with my thumbs for a while, then I took my phone out and went through my photos. Some of her, things from Facebook, and other things. Then I skimmed over a picture of us at the barn. Our first date. Our first week back together. Our first time.

I remember that day like it was yesterday. After we both got up on the horses, I asked a guy to take a picture for us. We were side by side on the two different color horses, and made a half heart with our hands and connected them.

My eyes started to gloss because of the memory. That was before my concerts. Which I never want to do anymore. Then it was my second chance I got from her. I still remember the note I gave to her. I honestly love that girl more than anything.

Then out of the blue, Mia came popping in front of me.

"Hey sweet cheeks." She smiled and sat On the other side of me that Jordan wasn't sitting on.

"Don't.. Mia.."

"What?"

"Leave me alone."

"But your my boyfriend."

"Yeah! Just for you! Can't you leave me alone? No wait... You have to be around me twenty four-seven just in case Derek shows up. You want him to be jealous. But I'm done with your game Mia! I'm so done."

That's when I heard a gasp from Jordan. I looked over at him to see his eyes wide and mouth hung open.

"What?" I mumbled.

"Nothing."

He turned forward in his chair and quit talking. Mia stood up, huffed, and clacked out of of the hospital with her annoying heels.

I noticed the unpleasant faces of the people around us staring.

"Mr. Hayes?" A doctor came out and said. Both me and Jordan stood up. That's when he walked over.

"Who is Mr. Hayes?" He asked.

"Me." I answered.

"Well Jade is ok, but still under a concussion. Her head hit pretty hard. But good think she has no broken bones, or needs surgery. She does have some stitches on her upper arm, and above her right eyebrow."

"Can I visit her?"

"Yes. Both of you can."

We followed the doctor to the elevator. we went up to floor 5, then room 523.

Jade was laying there with tubes in her nose, and a ivy coming from her arm. Her face was pale, and her lips slightly parted. Her heart monitor looked fine. A normal steady beat.

"Jordan.." My voice sounding hoarse.

"Dude it's ok. Don't cry. She's alive."

"But under a stupid concussion!" I cut him off. I need my alive, happy, prideful Jade back. My life feels empty. I know she is gonna be alright, but I feel slightly empty. I need to feel her touch on my arm, and the way she kisses me. More, her voice.

"Jordan?" We both looked over to the voice that said the name. Jade was lying awake with her eyes opened, but droopy. But besides saying Hunter, she says Jordan. Nice.

"Jade?" I walked closer to her and she flinched.

"Don't hit me!" She screamed.

What?

"Baby.. What are you talking about?"

"I'm not a baby. Jordan.. Help me." She started to cry.

Jordan walked over to her and she instantly took his hand in hers. My eyes almost popped out of my head at what I saw.

No.

"Jade," He began. "Hunter is your boyfriend."

"But.. But.. At the cafe you said you love me."

"I didn't."

"Yes you did."

Jordan looked over at me and shook his head no. I do believe that he didn't cause he doesn't like her. The last time I knew, which was when they first met, he liked a girl named Riley.

"Who's Hunter?" She asked. "Wait never mind. He beats me up and slaps me."

Not true!

"No I don't Jade." I walked to her to see her. Jordan let go of her hand, and I took it in mine.

"Yes you do. I didn't want to kiss you so you slapped me!"

"We were in 5th grade baby." I kept my voice calm to not frighten her.

"No. It was last week."

Jordan looked at me and raised a eye brow.

"I promise you I didn't hurt her. That was in 5th grade. I haven't hurt her since then."

"Oh yeah? Then explain to her why you are cheating. Was, cheating with her with Mia?" Her eyes went wide and she covered her mouth.

"How in the freak do you know?"

"She told me! Then a few ago in the waiting room you said it to! Well to Mia that your done!"

"So!"

"So!"

"You don't deserve Jade, Hunter!"

"Why not?" I was just crushed by my best friend.

"Because...." He paused.
