[Camille.]

As I was living only two blocks away, it didn’t even take me ten minutes to get to the Emperor Hotel. I pushed the heavy glass doors to get inside the lobby. As I entered the large space I wondered what the hell I had to do next. I never met up with a boy in a hotel before so I didn’t really know what I was supposed to do. Harry didn't tell me where his room was so I figured I’d ask the friendly looking lady behind the check-in counter.

Turned out she wasn’t really helpful.

“Sorry miss, there is no Harry Styles staying here.” she said.

“What do you mean he’s not here? I dropped him off here only yesterday.” I replied confused.

“I’m sorry, we can’t help you.” she concluded, the look in her eyes dismissing me.

Just as I was about to walk away angrily, the elevator doors opened, revealing the brown haired boy I was looking for.

“It’s ok Carol, she’s a friend.” he said to the woman while walking up to us. “But thanks though,” he continued, “if anyone else asks, I’m not here.”

“Of course Mr. Styles.” the lady nodded and eventually gave me a small smile. I just nodded back and Harry gestured me to follow him. In the elevator he explained that he told the hotel staff not to give away that he was staying here. He also apologized for not telling Carol that I was coming. I just shrugged. Oh, of course I didn’t mind talking to someone I don’t know.

We arrived at his hotel room and I just knew it was going to be huge and luxurious. And yeah, as soon as we entered I knew I was right. The only thing I hadn't expected, was the view though. I never saw the city like this, and it was beautiful, seeing the streetlights illuminating the night sky. And you could see so many things from up here. The cathedral, even a part of the harbour and hey was that my appartment block?

Harry walked up from behind me and put his hand on my shoulder. I tensed a little but made sure I stayed calm. “Amazing isn’t it?” he said in that husky voice of his. “And we’re going to explore all of that together!” he exclaimed.

I turned to him, giving him a confused look. “You told me you don’t know your own city, so we’re going to discover all the cool places.” he explained. Oh right, I do remember us talking about that yesterday.

Saving the view in my mind for a rainy day, I walked over to those very expensive looking leather couches and sat in one of them, putting my handbag next to the coffeetable on the carpet. When I asked Harry what he wanted to do, he just shrugged his shoulders, meaning he had no idea.

“Why did I need to come over then?” I wondered. Harry went to sit next to me – our bodies not touching – putting his elbow on the back of the sofa, resting his head on it.

“I was lonely.” he responded. “I’m always around people and I kind of missed that now.”

[Harry.]

But me missing company wasn’t the only reason I wanted Camille here. I needed her to distract me from my thoughts. Last night, I couldn’t sleep because I was thinking about all the things that could go wrong. It was driving me crazy and having her here made me think about other things. Like her. I figured I wasn’t the only one who needed someone, she needed someone too. Although I didn’t know why yet.
