Ten - Tragedy

HICCUP'S POV

It's been a year and a half since we lost Rapunzel. My Father is going to Corona to visit the King and Queen. I heard that Rapunzel's birthday is in two days and there will be floating lanterns for them to celebrate it. Well, not actually celebrate because I know that they still can't get over Rapunzel being gone. I can feel their sorrowness, I am sad too. My father didn't allow us to come because something might happen to us too. I told him to bring back some lanterns for me and Jack and he agreed as long as we are going to stay here at Berk. I miss them. I am sure that Jack miss them too, especially Elsa. Sometimes, we will talk about them and he will be worried about her. He'll say, "What if she won't control her powers again?" "What if she will locked herself up to her room again?" I'll just laugh at him and he will grin or punch me. But as his best friend, ofcourse I will calm him down. 

ELSA'S POV

Our parents are going to Corona to visit the King and Queen and for the floating lanterns for Rapunzel's birthday. I miss her. I hope she's alright, wherever she is. Me and Anna wanted to go with them but they didn't allow us. They said that, it would be better if we'll just stay here. There are times that I can't control my powers. Everytime I think about Rapunzel or my other friends, ice will come out from my body. I didn't lock myself up to my room, instead, I will just go to a room and think what Jack did last time. Pretending his outside of the door and he'll calm me down.

Most of the times, flowers are dying here in Arendelle and whenever I'll notice it, I will make Anna happy and most of them will bloom again. It's difficult to hide this things from Anna but I will tell her someday. I want her to know this things from me in the right time. Our parents met us downstairs to said our goodbyes. Anna ran to them and gave them warm hugs while me, I wasn't happy. I bowed to them before I spoke.

"Do you have to go?" I held back my tears because I thought about Rapunzel again. I can't imagine The King and Queen of Corona being in this kind of situation. 

"You and Anna are going to be alright." father said.

Mother walked to me and raised my chin gently.

"If you want, we will bring back lanterns for you two and for us too. We will release them together when we return. Is that okay?" she said.

I smiled at her and hugged her. Anna and Father joined the hug too. We saw them left the Kingdom and waved goodbye.

MERIDA'S POV

"I want to go! Why can't I go?" I was shouthing at my mother. I can't help it. I know what I'm doing is wrong but she's doing it again, telling me what to do.

"I already told you Merida! You can go IF you will read these books and learn them all!" she told me.

I don't want to learn those stupid books! UUUUURRRRRGGGHHH! Those book will only tell me what I should do to be  graceful princess but I don't want to. I want archery and riding Angus and exploring the world. Why can't I just do that? 

"Fine! I'll just stay here!" I said to her and ran outside. I climbed up to Angus, he's my horse and we went to the forest with my bow. As I was riding Angus, I thought about Rapunzel.

"How is she? Is she okay? Is she doing fine? Where could she be? I miss her. I miss all of them." My anger faded and it changed to sadness. A tear fell to my right eye and I wiped it and sniffed.

NORMAL POV

3 days later, a terrible news came.

ARENDELLE

"Princess Elsa! Princess Anna!" a servant called.

"What is it Henry?" Anna asked and henry handed her a letter.

"What is it Anna?" Elsa asked.

"It's from the Kingdom of Corona." Anna was shocked and opened it immediately. 

"What does it say Anna?" Elsa asked worringly. Anna just looked at her as she was about to cry.

"They are asking for Mama and Papa because they didn't see them in Corona." Anna cried.

Elsa grabbed the paper from Anna and read it. She put her hand in her mouth in shock.

"Elsa, what if something happened to them?" Anna cried. Elsa hugged her sister and rubbed her back.

"Sshhh. It's okay Anna. We will look for them and we will find them." Elsa said.

"Henry, tell our sailers to find our parents boat. Search the entire sea if they must." Elsa commanded.

"Yes your highness" Henry bowed and left.

Elsa made a letter to send to Corona. The night came and they didn't find anything. Elsa told them to sail again in the morning and they must not come back until they find something. The next day, Elsa was with her sister in  a room when Henry opened the door quickly. He was panting and forgot to knock because of his terrfying news. By the look of Henry, Elsa and Anna didn't have time to asked him what news he had brought. They immediately followed Henry outside the castle and saw what they didn't need to see. They both bursted into tears when they saw their parents lying to the ground, lifeless with pale skin and wet. Some who witness this tragedy can't help themselves but to cry too.

Elsa was so heartbroken and she ran to her room and locked it. This time, she didn't thought about anything else, including Jack. She didn't pretend that Jack is outside and comforting her. She locked herself up to her room and just cried. Ice were coming out and it was spreading. Anna knocked on her door but she didn't responded. She promised to herself that she will only come out of her room if Jack will be the one who will ask her. 

CORONA

They heard the news when a letter came to them and replyed to the letter they sent. The Queen of Corona cried so much because of her sister's death. They all felt lost. They decided to visit Arendelle the next day for the funeral. They didn't tell their children about this because they might want to go and they will not allow them again. It's too dangerous. 

AT THE FUNERAL

Elsa didn't come out of her room because she still can't control her powers, knowing that her parents were already gone. Anna explained to the people why Elsa didn't come to the funeral. They understood especially The Big Five's parents because they knew that Elsa have ice powers. After the funeral. they already left and Anna came to Elsa.

"Elsa?" she asked. "They didn't come because they didn't know.(Jack, Hiccup, Merida)" she added.

Elsa?

Please, I know you're in there,

People are asking where you've been

They say "have courage", and I'm trying to

I'm right out here for you, just let me in

We only have each other

It's just you and me

What are we gonna do?

She hoped that her sister will respond but she didn't.
