" Who are you? " I asked. I pulled his long ears. His eyes were huge as my fists. I could punch them. He was just the same height as I am. I patted his huge flat head and it sounded like a drum. Teehee. I patted it again and again. Until he knocked my hand off. I sobbed. He is so mean. I cried my heart out.
" You will know. Soon enough. " I wiped my tears with my skirt. My pigtails were messy. Susan, would fix it before she goes to school. But know she is still sleeping so I fixed it on my own.
" Not know? " I asked him. He smiled. His smile reached the edge of his face. I first I found it scary but later found it cool and interesting.
" Can you promise me something ? " He looked at me straight in the eye making me jerk a few inches away from him.
" What is it? " I asked.
" Fulfill the promise of the Hensient. "
" The what? "
" The Hensient. "
" The Hensient " The word came into my mind. And the memory. I cannot visualize myself that much. All I can see is a creature, as tall as me. I was like 5? I don't know. I scratched my head. I never had a dream that looked so real. And even seemed to be a memory.
" It worked. Well, isn't that great. " I snapped back. It was the creature from my dream. I mean he was the one I was talking to, a while ago. Pretty weird. Someone is playing with my mind. And that would be him.
" The Hensient. What's that? " I asked. The pain and pounding on my head stopped.
" It is a thing for you to know. I came not for that but to remind you of your promise and a deal to me at the same time. "
" Huh? " The pounding started again. " Aaargh! " I got into my knees. It's like billions of knowledge was being forced into my head. My body was crumbling down and I fell face-down to the floor. I still held my head. Praying that it will stop.
I saw myself. I saw myslef again. I was wearing the same rag dress and the ocean blue eyes. It was a memory. A memory of me when I was a child. I realized I was loosing my sight.
" Alright. Is it a game? " I asked. He raised his eyebrows but then again he doesn't have one so instead a few curls builded up on his forehead.
" Yes. But a dangerous game. You should be very good at it. " After a few moments of silence. He spoke. Sounding rather unsure. Yet he smiled so I believed him.
" Okey then. When shall we start? " I asked. A game with a stranger. A dangerous game with a stranger. A dangerous game with a creature. I could not explain what I just did. Would this deal be real? Or is it just a joke.
" When the sun rises to the west. "
" Hahahahahaha! " ^____^ I laughed so hard. Just as I thought. It is just a joke. When would the sun ever rise in the west. That's impossible. Jeez.
" You have got to be kidding me! " Eh? He's gone. I looked around just to see nothing yet trees and plants. Was I hallucinating a while ago? Hmmm. I guess so. Creatures like those do not exist at all. And neither will the sun ever rises in the west.
" Michelle ! Michelle ! "
I heard a familiar voice. It must be Dad. My eyes were closed and all I can see was pitch black darkness. I wanted to open my eyes but it won't. I can't move a single muscle in my body. I can't believe I am calling him Dad. Maybe because Idon't have one. But if he is my Dad, it would be the most awesome feel in the world.
