Jennie woke up, a smile plastered on her lips. She can't help it because today is a special day. She checks so phone and her smile widens as she saw the date. 23.

23 is a special number for her. It symbolizes something so important, someone so important. It symbolizes Lisa. Her love. Her life.

She stood up still with the same smile on her lips and went out to go and see Lisa. She headed to the living room but the girl wasn't there. Only Chaeyoung and Jisoo who are both on their phones.

"Hey unnie!" Chaeyoung greets as she noticed Jennie standing a few feet away from her. She noticed the radiant smile and the happy glow the brunette possesses and she can't help but point it out. "You look so happy today unnie. You're glowing. Looks like you had a good sleep."

"It is a good morning Chaeng," Jennie smiles at the red head. "Do you know where Lisa is?"

"Aish you two really... when you're gone, Lisa always bothers us about you asking this and that. When she's gone, you ask us about her. To be very frank, me and Chaeyoung aren't the one in charge of the lost and found in this hou--" Jisoo berates her but Chaeyoung quickly covered her mouth stopping her from uttering more words.

"Jisoo unnie meant to say Lisa is still in her room unnie, she hasn't gone out yet. Probably still sleeping." Chaeyoung grins at her mischievously.

"Thanks Chaeng! You're the best!" Jennie smiles again for the nth time today.

She struts towards Lisa's room and knocked three times before opening the door only to be welcomed by a cold breeze. It was so dark that she wouldn't be able see anything if not for the light from the hallway. She went in and opened the lamp to illuminate the room a little and there she saw Lisa sleeping so soundly while cuddling a pillow.

Jennie lay on her stomach beside Lisa and stared at the blonde with her arms as a support, holding her up.

"Babe..." Jennie calls at Lisa but the latter didn't even move. She chuckled and continued calling Lisa but to no avail. She slyly smiled as an idea crossed her mind. Slowly she leans forward and placed a soft kiss on the maknae's cheek. She peppered feather-like kisses on the girl's face down her neck until she heard Lisa groan. She smiled triumphantly feeling proud of herself for actually waking Lisa. She sat up and pinched Lisa's cheeks softly.

"Wake up..."

Lisa shakes her head refusing to follow what Jennie said, instead, she grabbed the brunette's wrist and pulled the latter down towards her. Jennie squealed when her body crashed over Lisa's. She felt two arms wrap around her, hugging her tight. The maknae pulled her even closer so as to have her face tucked under Lisa's chin.

"5 more minutes..." Lisa whispers, her voice hoarse. She hugged Jennie even tighter and closed her eyes attempting to sleep again.

"Lisa, you seriously need to wake up. We have to get ready and leave. Music Core remember?" Jennie reminds her.

"Fine fine... but I'm still sleepy." Lisa whines but opens her eyes nonetheless. Jennie looks up smiling so brightly at Lisa - her gums showing. The blonde smiled back at her before puckering her lips. "Where's my good morning kiss?"

Jennie laughs before leaning in and giving Lisa a kiss on her lips. They kissed each other sweetly before pulling away, big smiles on their faces.

"You're so beautiful." Lisa says, her eyes showing adoration. "You look extra radiant today, baby. I love it."

Jennie laughs, "Ofcourse, that's cause this is a special day for us."

Jennie saw how Lisa frowned and stared at her questioningly as if what she said is something so incomprehensible.
