i slam my locker shut in annoyance and a big sigh follows behind. "ah shit. what's up your ass?" ryan asks staring me down. "that." i nod my head to the new couple and he scoffs. "you guys were way cuter." he smiles and lays a hand in my shoulder. "ryan." i say dragging out his name. "sorry, sorry. but seriously if you want clay back you have to fight fire with fire. get him jealous. go on a date with a jock! i'll have you set up by the end of the day." he claps his hands together and gives me a hug before running off. i feel my phone vibrate and i check it seeing a message from ryan.
ryan sis👏🏼💞: guess who's going on a date with montgomery?

i lock my phone and race to my phone room to see mainly everyone in there. "follow my lead." i mumble grabbing his hand and intertwining my fingers in his. i lead his to our seats and look at ryan with a huge smile on his face and clay, his face red as a tomato. "best. plan. ever." i whisper, high giving monty.
