i open my locker and feel a single tear escape my eye. "fuck, why am i crying over him?" i whisper to myself. "i don't know, but he's a fucking ass-hole." i hear my best friend, alex, say behind me. "god, you scared me." i say holding my chest. i finish throwing my stuff in my locker and sigh before closing it lightly. i walk past his locker and look to my left to see justin and zach staring at me. i roll my eyes and continue walking to my first period, which had all of them in. i take my usual seat in the back and sit down with a huff. they all walk in and i look up to see zach giving me a sympathetic look. i pull out my phone before class starts.
(Y/N): stop staring at me and giving me sympathetic looks. it's annoying me
zach🏀: wdym? i'm just trying to be nice.
(Y/N): sure. you know, that's what justin said to me when we first met. but then he broke my heart lol

i look up and see justin looking over zach's shoulder. he shakes his head and rubs his eyes before sitting back in his seat. i feel my phone vibrate again and see 2 messages.
zach🏀: look just cut me some slack. i feel bad for you.
