i look into his eyes and stare at him intently. "jeff, are you sure you'll be okay? i can go with. it's starting to rain and well uh- it's hard to drive in the rain." i nervously say. "(Y/N). chill. i'm okay, really. two beers, two hours ago. i'm good." he says confidently. "okay, i'm trusting you. don't get a dui or something." i say grabbing his hands. "i won't. i promise. i love you." he says kissing my lips. "love you too. be safe!" i yell as he walks away. i see him shake his head and give a small wave. i wave back and start to walk back, feeling the small rain drops hit the top of my head. i sit on the porch and slump down. "you guys are definitely getting married." scott says handing me his cup. "shut up." i say laughing and hitting his leg. i take a sip before handing the cup back. "no really. he told me he wanted to marry you." scott's says sitting next to me. i couldn't help but smile. i love him so much.
