Protects rights not said in the Constitution.

WHY? There are so many rights that the Constitution could not hold them all. If they are not in the Constitution, it doesn't mean they are not your rights.

So gay marriage was already legal? Great!

Wait.

Marriage is still the same thing whether it's gay or straight marriage. So...

In 2014 Congress has to make gay marriage legal, but it was already legal. But we had to make everyone know because no one accepts it.
