Chapter Eighteen🎶

"Oh my god....are you serious?" Tanya covers her mouth with her hands as I nod my head.

"Shit Bella.....Brianna's Bianca's aunt?! I'm so sh-"

"Shh..."

I hush her to lower her voice before she could get any louder and the girls could overhear.

I am not ready to tell them anytime soon. I wouldn't know where or how to start it with them.

"What? Nobody else besides the girls are here-"

"I-I know..." I glance down at my feet.

"Oh..." Tanya sighs.

"Bella...you gotta tell them."

"Uhh you mean Chris' friends that are girls-"

"Bella, I'm serious," Tanya stands up in front of me and I sigh.

"You gotta tell Brianna and Bianca the truth, now-"

"No, I can't!" I whisper.

"They'll be so confused and...and want to know how, why I didnt say anything sooner...I...it's all too much!"

"Bella, I know, but you gotta think of it like this; the older those two girls get, the more that secret will mean to them when you reveal it and effect them personally with the age they're at. They'll know more knowledge and ask endless questions. Possibly mad or upset depending how long you've hiding it from then....but Brianna and Bianca are both young now, and may ask some questions for you, but, once that's over, they'll know the truth." She pauses to take a breath.

"I don't see them getting pissed or too upset about it...Bianca will probably be more than thrilled to finally call you mommy, because no there's no doubt she has called you it accidently in the past..." Tanya explains with a small smile and I laugh, imagining the times Bianca had slipped mommy but caught herself at mom and called me Belly.

"I want you to do it today as if it were ripping off a bandaid. You won't regret this."

"Tanya....please, I don't wan-"

"Belly??" Bianca knocks on the bedroom door, and my heart jumps out of my chest.

"It's okay, just breathe. I'm doing this for you right now cause I love you, and I know what family secrets do to families. I...I can't let bad shit happen to you as time flies by..." Tanya sighs as she opens the door and let's Bianca in.

"Brianna! Stephanie!" Tanya shouts from the living room to get them in here too.

"Hi Belly!" Bianca hops on the bed beside me and lays her head on my lap, looking up at me with a huge smile.

"H-hey..." I say nervously as the other two girls enter, and Tanya closes the door behind her.

"What's up sis? You look like you've seen a ghost!" Brianna jokes. Bianca and Stephanie giggle.

"I....girls.....the tru-....I..."

I'm lost for words.

I'm not sure what to say.

How do I start this?

"Do you want Stephanie and I to leave?" Tanya suggests and I shake my head no.

"...Bianca,"

"Yes Belly?"

I see now she only calls me Belly cause my name Bella, but in all actuality, I loved the nickname cause she came from my belly....I cried that night she first said my name before any other word.
