OLIVIA.
The doorbell wakes me up, but I don't open my eyes. 'Daniel door.' I wake him up, giving him a push. He moans. 'Why don't you go?' The door goes again. 'It's your house.' I turn my back to him, covering my naked body up with the sheets. I feel him get out of bed. What time is it? I'm too tired to even open my eyes. Not much later I hear talking in the background.

When I open my eyes I see Daniel on his phone. I wrap my arm around him, laying closer to him. 'What did you had to do so early?' He looks down. 'I needed to do a doping test.' I smile. 'That sucks.' 'Yeah I couldn't sleep anymore.' I press my lips against his skin. 'That sucks even more. What time was it?' He's can't sleep in anyway so maybe it wasn't that bad. '4.30.' It's now 8.30, poor boy. Glad I ain't no athlete. I love sleeping in. It isn't as long I used to, until 1.30 or so. It now 10, 11 max. it's only in the weekends though.

'I'm gonna go for a run.' I enter the living room in my spot clothes. Well I stole shorts and a old Red Bull t-shirt from Daniel. He looks surprisingly up from his phone. 'You? Running?' I know he's joking. I grab a pillow and throw it at him. When I see his face again he's smiling. 'I'm joking, enjoy.' We'll see how we do, probably not that great. 'You know you're wearing the wrong shirt right?' I shrug. 'I like this shirt.' I leave his living room.

DANIEL.
a little before summer break
Nervous I wait for the door to open. And there the white door opens, Stephen smiles when he sees me. 'Daniel!' He says enthusiastic and a little surprised. 'G'day opa.' I greet him. 'Come in.' He takes a step a side. 'How ya doing?' I enter the house. 'Good! You?' I nod. 'I'm good.' The pictures on the wall make me smile every time. My favorite of Ollie is her looking cross-eyed at a fly on her noise, when she was 5. After that photo she got stung by it. They have a picture of her crying. The story is funny. Ollie is in Atlanta right now, filming a movie. Two more weeks, then I'm seeing my baby again after almost three months. 'Hi oma.' I give her three kisses, as they do here in Holland. And then sit. 'You want something to drink?' 'A water please.' Ollie her grandparents don't have that old grandparent style, they are pretty fashionable. Stephen leaves the kitchen with a glass of water and a stroopwafel. They are so bad for me right now, but I can't resist the good cookie.

'I know you aren't so old school, but you both have such a good relationship with Ollie.' I start. My heart starts to raise a little. 'But I'd love to marry Olivia. And I kinda want your blessing.' They look at each other, shining. 'Of course my love!' I smile at oma's reaction. But Stephan's reaction I really wanna know, they have such a close bond. 'I wouldn't want anyone else to marry her.' That's such a relief. Every weight is off my shoulders. I told Abby this morning, she was really happy too. I give them both a hug. They are such an amazing family. 'When are you gonna ask her?' 'We're going on holiday for her birthday, a couple days before. I'm already nervous.' I softly smile. 'You'll do amazing.' I let my back rest against the sofa. 'I wished her father could be here.' They both smile. 'He'll always be with us, watching over us.' I nod. 'He would've really liked you. You're a great man Daniel,' opa says. I hope he would've. Somehow it's still important to me. Even though he's gone. She was such a daddy's girl.

Second last race before the summer break. Next week Ollie is back. I miss her so much. My head phone gets ripped of my head. What the heck? Mad I turn around, but my frown turns into a big smile. There she is, my beautiful Ollie. I wrap my arms around her, letting her up from the ground. She giggle in my ear, I missed that giggle. 'I wasn't expecting you here.' I let her stand. 'It's supposed to be a surprise.' Yeah right. 'I don't have a place to stay, can I maybe stay at yours?' She looks at me with her puppy eyes. 'I need to think about that for a second.' She bites her lip. 'How can I resist such a beautiful woman?' She smiles. I place my hand on her cheek and kiss her. 'I missed you so much!' I smile. 'I missed you too. Did you finished shooting early?' Ollie nods.
