Shiro walked into the 'Rouge' wolves den. All of them stood growling lowly. The leader stood up putting his hand up to tell the wolves to stand down.

"You're the elders little puppet huh? What do you want?" He asked. Shiro sighed.

"I've come to make a deal. I don't think the elders can do their job properly and I think it's time to end their rule and start a new one." He said.

"How do I know this isn't a trap?" The leader asked cautiously.

"They had my lover killed. My mate." He emphasized. There was an audible gasp from the other wolves. All knowing the severity and pain that wolves go through when their mates die. "I followed their orders. And they lied to me. They refuse to allow me to go home. I want revenge." He simply stated. The leader nodded.

"Are you willing to be seen as a traitor to your pack?" He asked.

"I'm willing to die to end the elders. I won't be going back to my pack when I go home. They already believe I'm dead. " he said lowly.

"Well, we will see where this takes us. But for now we will lay low on any infiltrations. I'm Lotor. " he said offering his hand. Shiro shook it firmly.

"Shiro." He replied. Lotor nodded and smiled.

"Bring me a few soldiers and I'll see that we begin a plan." He said. Shiro nodded.

"I'll bring as many that will follow me. In return for joining your side. I want all wolves that worked under me, to have complete immunity and I go back to where I lived." Shiro said. "Those are my only conditions."

"But you said your family knows you're dead. That's what you said right?" He questioned raising a brow.

"Id like to visit the grave of my mate, maybe my family... If not live on my own as a rogue" he said. Lotor nodded.

"We have an agreement then. "

_____

"Lotor you couldn't possibly believe him. Can you?" A wolf asked once Shiro left them.

"Axca, we now have an easy way to the elders. I don't think another wolf would take losing their mate lightly. " he said. Axca frowned.

"With all due respect. He could easily double cross us. He found our den. He could ambush us at any minute." She said.

"If he was planning on doing that, he would've done it already. And here we are alive and well. If he double crosses us. He will die and meet his mate in the after life." Lotor stated firmly.

"Okay sir, I trust you." She said bowing her head.

                   -2 years later-

Keith sighed as he packed up a lunch for himself and Kuron. Now that he was walking and talking, he had a bit of a rough time controlling him. But he was well behaved for the most part. Today was their second visit to Shiro's grave. Keith made sure to visit it twice a month to talk to him about Kuron. Sometimes just having a picnic and talking to his gravestone. It was comforting for him, he could still include Shiro into Kuron's life despite not being there. Kuron took his first steps there, he walked to Shiro's grave stone and hugged it. Keith couldn't help, but cry when he saw it. Knowing that Kuron would've loved Shiro just as much as he did. Now with Kuron talking he would 'talk' to Shiro too. From just explaining what his toy was, to telling him to have some of his favorite dessert. He learned that from Keith, since he always put food out for Shiro when they had picnics there.
