Did I forget to post this for an unreasonably long time? Yes. Yes I did.
*Patton's POV*
I was walking in the Imagination one day when I came across a convenience store. Usually, I don't go in these because I can just conjure the things that I know I want, but I wasn't in a rush and I wanted to browse around.
I entered the store and my eyes almost immediately landed on the mugs on the shelf. Because I didn't have to pay for anything, I cleared the entire shelf into a bag and walked out.
This was when Missy and Pranks came over to me, took my bag of mugs right out of my hands, and ran away giggling.
"Kiddos! It's not nice to take things!" I scolded them. They came back a few moments later, sheepishly holding three more bags of mugs.
"Sorry Patton." Missy started a sentence.
"We knew what you were up to-" Pranks continued it.
"Because we came up with the idea in the first place." Missy interjected. Pranks gave him a glare as he continued.
"So we thought we could help you out..." Pranks said.
"That is, if you don't mind." Missy finished.
I smiled at both of them. "How sweet of you! You two are always so inventive when coming up with these jokes to pull. And of course I don't mind you two helping!"
"Thanks Patton!" They said in perfect sync.
Naturally, when they were first introduced, their finishing each other's sentences did give me the creeps, but then I remembered that Fred and George did the same thing, and that Creepy Crawly Death Dealers were much worse.
The twins helped me carry the mugs back to the main room. They set them down on the porch and looked at the door sadly.
"I wish we could go in the main room." Pranks started.
"But because we haven't been finally introduced-" Missy continued.
"We can't go in there." Pranks sighed.
"What's it like, Patton?" Missy asked me.
"It's a lot like your guys'll room, just with Logan, Virgil, Roman, and I. I suppose it's also a bit more adult and mature, considering that we're the same age as Thomas." I told them. "I'll give you guys a tour virtually one day, alright?"
"Uh, thanks, Patton..." Missy started.
"But don't you think Logan could?" Pranks grimaced, apparently with conflicted emotions.
"A-after all, he's a lot better with technology." Most assured me as he saw my face falls bit.
"No harm meant." Pranks finished quickly. They both looked up at me with sad expressions.
"None inflicted, kiddos. I understand." I assured then and patted their heads. "Thanks for your help today. I really appreciated it."
"No problem, Patton!" They both smiled joyfully and ran off to go invent more pranks.
I smiled after them and watched until I couldn't see them anymore, even though the Imagination is one of the safest places to be besides out respective rooms. When they were gone, I opened the door to the main room and stepped inside.
*Logan's POV*
"Heya, Logan? Could you help me carry in these bags?" Patton called from the doorway.
"Of course. May I ask what is in the bags?" I asked.
"Mugs. I got mugged twice on my way here. The first time, Missy and Pranks stole the mugs from me, and second time, I got twice as much mugs in return from them." Patton giggled. "I literally got mugged."
"Patton-" I stopped myself before I could explain to him that being robbed and being mugged are two completely different things. "Why do you have this many mugs?"
"Because why not?" He set the bags on the floor in the kitchen. "Here will be good, Lo. Thanks."
I was about to respond when he pecked me on the cheek, giggled, and went upstairs, leaving me utterly confused about the entire situation.
"You're welcome." I replied quietly and rubbed the back of my neck bashfully. It caught me so off guard that I didn't wonder what Patton was planning.
I needed a book to read to relax my mind. There were too any questions running through it.
What was Patton planning? Why did he need so many mugs? How did he get that many mugs? Was he actually mugged? Are any of the mugs the same? When would Patton carry out his plan? What caused him to kiss me on the cheek? Why was I caught so off guard by it?
I supposed one of the classics would do. I picked up Alice in Wonderland and began to read.
"Alice was beginning to get very tired of sitting by her sister on the bank, and of having nothing to do: once or twice she had peeped into the book her sister was reading, but it had no pictures or conversations in it, 'and what is the use of a book,' thought Alice 'without pictures or conversation?'..."

*Patton's POV*
I woke up one minute before my alarm at 4:59. Suppressing a giggle, I turned off my alarm before it could go off. It was time to initiate my plan.
I snuck down the stairs and into the kitchen, avoiding the steps that creaked. Ever so carefully, one at a time, I grabbed a mug and set it on the porch.
There were a lot more mugs than I expected there to be, in all honesty. By the time I was done setting all of the mugs up, there were 285 mugs on the porch. How did they all fit in just a few bag? This is the Mindpalace. Not everything has to make sense.
I checked the time. 6:00. Logan would be up in 30 minutes, and downstairs in 45. Maybe more, maybe less. Roman would be up next, at about 8:30 or 9, though he wouldn't be downstairs until 10:00 or later. Virgil would wake up and come downstairs at 12:00. I could tell that he was currently asleep. And peacefully, too.
I decided to make waffles. Why not? I closed all of the windows besides the one in Virgil's room. He liked his window open so that he could sit on the roof at night if he woke up with a nightmare.
By the time I got back downstairs, it was 6:10. Waffles did sound nice. The steam from making them would make the house muggy enough for me to say so, and everyone could have waffles for breakfast, so everything would work out very, very well!
I started to hum "Beautiful" from Heathers while I put my apron on and got out the waffle maker. Making waffles wasn't really that hard. It was a bit long waiting for the waffles to cook though. I got through three more songs before all of the waffles were done.
By the time I had plated everything and got the maple syrup out, Logan was on his way downstairs.
"Morning, Patton, why are all the windows closed?" Logan asked me, rubbing his eyes.
"Hiya, Logan! Virgil's window is open, but it is a bit muggy in here." I handed him a plate with a waffle and pecked him on the cheek. I smiled. "It's probably muggy outside, too."
The realization dawned on him then. He stared at me, shook his head, and ate his waffle. "Patton. You couldn't have possibly done what I think you did."
I smiled bashfully. "I might've..."
Logan glanced up at me. "You're adorable, but you're going to have to clean up the mugs outside."
"I know, Logan." I pouted. "I will later." I grabbed a plate and a waffle and sat beside him.
"Just as long as you clean it up, I'm fine." Logan took a bite of his waffle. "But you know what we can do in the meantime?"
"What, Lo?" I poured maple syrup on my waffle.
"We can tell the same pun to Roman and Virgil." Logan grinned. "It's a good one, I'll give you that."
I laughed and hugged him. "I knew you were my boyfriend for a reason!"
