"Come on Liv." Olivia rubbed her eyes as Tommy sat on her bed. She felt she could kill him for waking her up. "We're gonna miss it."

"What?" She groaned still annoyed.

"The particle accelerator. Let's go, nerd." Olivia smiled before quickly getting out of her bed changing into jeans and a t-shirt. Together they left out the window and ran until they waved for a cab to One Step Labs. Tommy paid with some of his allowance. Together they walked through the crowd until they found a good spot. The crowd was large, and crammed. Olivia looked around star struck. Tommy could only look at her with a smile. His twin sister is a nerd and loves it.

"Mom and Uncle Barry ruined you," Tommy said as they got into the crowd. At only thirteen she was almost as smart as her mother when she had graduated MIT early. Everything science and tech was her specialty. She often hung out with Cisco when they visited Star City. More than that, she was happy to be in town at the same time as the Turn On Event. Especially since wasn't supposed to be here. Her mother refused it.

"Shut up." Olivia smiled. She watched as the director started to talk. One of the smartest female minds in decades. She dreamed of the original accelerator actually turning on and help advance science. Make life better and longer. Her speech gave Olivia everything she wanted to hear. Of course, the fear of what happened the last time a particle accelerator turned on was still there. Her parents main worry. Watching as they counted down Olivia could only feel the excitement in her ready to burst. Gripping onto her brothers jean jacket as she jumped.

The time passed and the bell rang. Everyone was excited for the first few minutes everything was fine. Going as planned and starting the celebration but...then the warning alarms went off. It was happening again. Everyone around them started to run. All scared Tommy started to run as well dragging Olivia with him. The crowd to wild she fell nearly getting trampled as she could feel the ground shake."Liv!" She looked back as her brother tried to get back to her.

"Tommy!" Tommy pulled his sister off the ground. Once the ground started to shake more violently it was hard for them to keep their balance. Then the wave hit. A cloud that burst through knocking both Olivia and Tommy down. Both passed out laid next to each other. Something changing in both of them hands still intertwined.

Olivia woke up to the sound of her father talking when she finally opened her eyes then blinked away the blurry vision she noticed she was in the hospital. "Baby!"Felicity ran to Olivia wrapping her in her arms. Arms so tight she had to tap Felicity to lighten the grip.

"What's going on?" Olivia asked. Felicity backed away only to just sit on the bed next to her legs. Oliver walked over and that's when Olivia could see Barry and Iris sitting on chairs nearby. "Hey, aunt Iris, Uncle Barry."

"Hi, Liv." They smiled then gave her hugs. They stood with Oliver telling her no good news.

"You're in the hospital. You were at One Step labs when the new particle accelerator exploded."Oliver's voice held clear disappointment.

"Tommy? Is he okay?" Olivia tried to sit up but was stopped by her mother.

"He's okay. He's still asleep."He pointed to the other side of the room and She looked to see her past out brother. Oliver put his hand on his daughters."You've been asleep for three days."

Olivia listened to her parents and both were mad that she and Tommy had sneaked out of the guest room to go to the lab. But they were too mad because both were okay. A couple of hours later Tommy woke up and all went through the same process what they did with Olivia. The questions from everyone and angry scowl from their father.

Even though they were awake they stayed over night for observation and a few test. Both physically fine besides the mystery 3-day nap. With time to kill before going to the train station to head back to Star City, they walked through town. Felicity and Olivia left for a small bookstore while Oliver and Tommy went to the Game Stop. Walking down the isles Olivia picked the most interesting books.

"Honey, mind grabbing some coffee next door for me and your father?"

"Only if I get some too." Olivia smiled at her mother. She handed over the books she wanted before grabbing the card Felicity normally used.  Walking on the sidewalk she made her way to the closest coffee shop. As she walked she heard car horns and screaming. Turning she watched as a speeding car went right for her. She put her arms up in front of her closing her eyes. What she didn't see the forcefield. It held a perfect sphere shape around her with a light blue tent as it was still see through. When she heard the crash as it passed her she put her arms down and the force field vanished before one could have seen. On the other side of the street, Tommy and Oliver stood both worried but both had their mouth wide open. They questioned what they saw.

"HONEY!"Felicity ran out of the store dropping the bags of books and right to her daughter. Felicity grabbed Olivia's arms and made her daughter look at her. "Are you okay?"

"I'm okay, Mom I'm fine." Oliver and Tommy ran across the street. Felicity held her daughter close to her.

"We need to get her to Barry and Caitlin."Oliver said.

"Why?" Felicity and Olivia said at the same time.

Olivia sat on the gurney hooked up to a few more machines than when she was in the hospital. Even a headband on her head with detectors reading her brainwaves. She felt like a Christmas tree covered in decorations. "You saw it?" Felicity asked as she sat down onto a chair close to the desk.

"It was like a force field. An indestructible forcefield. That car bounced right off it." Tommy said. He sounded more excited than worried like everyone. "She's a Meta."

"This blast could be a lot different though that's my main concern. When we were hit, it was a setup."Barry said.

"Still confused here, I didn't see anything." Tommy looked around and grabbed the metal bowl close to him. Before anyone could notice he picked it up then threw it right to Olivia. She put her hands up just in time pulling the force field up. This time actually seeing it. The bowl made a mound bang hitting the forcefield and again on the floor. Olivia looked at her hands as the force field went down. Felicity slapped Tommy's arm.

"What?!"

"Don't throw things at your sister."

"Well, there's your proof." Barry crossed his arms as he glances to Tommy. "He was in the blast too. Shouldn't he have gotten powers?"

"Because Cisco and I found out about our powers right away?" Kaitlyn said. Olivia just looked back at her with a putty and she just smiled back.

Tommy felt as his stomach growled making his wish for a large meat lovers pizza.

SMACK

Tommy jumped and opened his eyes looking down in front of him only to see a large pizza box from his favorite pizza shop. A small place in Star City close to their house. "Holy Crap."

"I think we just found out his powers," Oliver said crossing his arms. Tommy bent down opening to just go ahead and eat the pizza.

Olivia and Tommy stayed in Central city longer than they had expected to work with Barry and Caitlin to control their powers and how they worked. Olivia eventually found out she could turn invisible but only herself, so everything on her was still visible. Tommy could do whatever his wanted. Whatever he imagined. The possibilities where endless. Felicity worried. She handled William just fine. But he was normal and had no powers. Now her kids had powers and there she stood trying to figure out how she's going to parent two superpowers kids who have the will of their father. Oliver was meta human super but he's a hero. He's human.

Olivia had powers meaning her half normal life was now never going to be normal. Her father raised her able to protect herself and her mother raised her teaching her how to hack. She thought she would never be as good as her mother but she would know her way enough to hack the FBI. She got many things from her parents. One that stood out was her ability to block herself off from the world. Block people from her life. Tommy has always been the optimistic one. Always full of hope and seeing the light after darkness. While twins, they could be polar opposites.  Olivia mirrored her father at times.

But having these powers comes with a lot of struggles. And sometimes people looking to abuse them.
