Olivia hit the punching bag till her knucklesturned white. Her lungs filled easily even as she pushed herself to go further. "Liv..." Olivia continued to hit the bag her body growing in strength instead of tiredness. "Liv!" Olivia stopped herself. The sweat dripping down her skin. She turned looking at Oliver and Felicity. It's been a couple weeks since the pot brownie incident and ever since her little experience with Gillard's use of him power reaching into her mind and chocking her from a great distance, she's been training every moment she could.

Olivia wanted to get stronger, more precise in her fighting. With her powers having changed and added she wanted to master them as fast as she could. Tommy hadn't joined her for even half of her sessions and that caused fights.

Oliver and Felicity stood by watching as Olivia stretched herself too thin. Getting a little taste of what's to come in their new future. Everything they've learned about Olivia's future made Felicity want to shield her from it all. But the truth had explained why she felt a type of kinship with her since she showed up in the bunker. She'd chocked it up to her just being a young girl asking for help. But it was clear that it was more motherly instinct. Felicity trying to cover the fact she was from the future from her mother and why she was really here was hard.

Oliver didn't feel trust with her. He knew she was hiding a lot. He knew there was something different. Trust still didn't come easy and he felt it might never. But just like him she's been through her own battles. Since William came into his life he only wanted him to lead it normally. He didn't want him putting on a mask and risking his life. Had he never imagined that had he have more kids they'd do the same thing as him. Powers or not.

"You need to slow down." Oliver said.

"Did you slow down when Merlyn's planes to destroy the city. Or when Slade came after you and destroyed the city again nearly killing Felicity. Or Dark, did you give up or slow down then?" Nether Oliver or Felicity could answer. Oliver was not known for slowing down giving up.

When Olivia had mentioned she spent a lot of time with Oliver the past few years made her more like him, both couldn't guess how much she really was.

"He's coming after us this time. In the future he'd been watching us for a long time. He ruin our lives by taking Tommy. I shut down," Oliver didn't let his eyes leave her. Felicity continued to listen in from the. "You got pissed," she then looked to her mother who stood at the edge of the platform. "You were the only one who looked like you where keeping it together but I knew at nighttime, you broke down."

"Olivia-"

"No, Oliver. I watched him take my brother the first time. I watched you both die. I've lost almost ever single person I've cared about. I can't ever slow down because he's ruining my life, again!" She punched the bag once more using the power of her force field to knock it right off the chain and slide on the floor till it hit the wall.

Olivia turned away and grabbed her towel. Felicity stepped next to her husband. "Hey," Oliver looked down into Felicity's eyes. "She's to much like you."

"How are you so okay with this?"

"I'm not. I just have a lot of experience. I've known you for six years you think you changed over night? Olivia has been dealing with this on her own for months. Tommy's here but of course he's more like me but still traumatized. The boy can hardly look at us unless he's stoned. We've got to find his pot." She laid a hand in his cheek. Oliver leaned into it feeling the warmth. "The best thing we can do right now is just, help them. Guide them. Fight for them. We may not be their parents yet but we're still their parents."

After her shower, still scrunching her hair in a towel, Olivia looked around trying to locate her brother. "Tommy,"

"What?" He rounded the corner his shirt draped over his shoulder.
