Oakstar's voice boomed across the island "SILENCE!" and a quiet unease fell apon the cats. "I know this is shocking to all of us, but" "Its a break of code!" A red shadow clan tom walked to the front of the crowd "Our ancestors would never've approved of this!" Oakstar glared at him "And yet, Robinwing, they are the ones who told us to do this." Robinwing hissed "Who's to say your not lying?!" The clans gasped and Oakstar growled "You dare challenge the word of your ancestors and clan mates?!" The red tom nodded "I do." Shadow clan cats glared and hissed at robinwing in disgust. "Fine! Cats of all clans! Shadow clan gives 4 moons untill we meet again to make the final decision." Oakstar looked at the leaders "Agreed?" Slowly they nodded and the gathering was dismissed. Moonlight looked around at the leaving cats, processing everything that'd just happened. "Moonlight. We are leaving." Sparkheart nudged her shoulder, breaking her daze. "Oh! Sorry." She got up and looked at Goldenleaf "Bye Goldenleaf." The tom nodded to her and joined his clan. Sparkheart looked at Moonlight "This is going to change alot of things in the clans. Do you think they're telling the truth?" He glanced unsure at Lionstar. "I do. Theres no other explanation." She looked at her clan mate "Theres no reason to lie about this." As they padded back to camp moonlight whispered to Sparkheart "So. What was with the hostility twords Goldenleaf tonight?" "A few sunrises ago there was that border dispute. He was one of the cats in a patrol. He kept asking about you, saying he could see you more." He looked at Moonlight "I think he has a thing for you. Even though its aginst warrior code." Moonlight's eyes widend, then she nuzzled her orange companion "Well he can go find another she cat." She raced ahead a bit, jumping onto a fallen log "I already have a mate in mind. An amazing thunder clan warrior."

The group arrived back at camp and lionstar told the news to the rest of the clan. It was met with the same unease, but Ridgestone stepped up to reassure his clan "I know this is strange and new. But star clan has foretold this leafbare to be the worst the clans has ever seen. Food will be scarce. The lake will be frozen solid. Without the clans joining together, this leafbare could end the time of the clan cats. Forever." A murmur of fear rippled across the clearing. Bearclaw stood and joined his leader "If it saves my clan, then i agree to star clans plan." The elders Ashpelt, Blacktail, and Goldenfeather agreed "Whitestorm and sharptooth wouldve said the same." And slowly the clan began to agree, some still unsure. "Then its settled then. In a few moons thunder clan shall agree to the unification of all clans."
