7- patrol

The next for moons felt forever to the clan. Though they tried to live life normaly, a touch of fear for the future had crept in and infested the clan's thoughts. Moonlight barley slept through the nights since her dream, only sparkheart's soothing words and warm pelt could compel her too sleep. And though they were worried, gossip continued to drift through the camp. Sunfur and Flowertail, the Queens, gave Moonlight looks of knowing. Onetail teased her sister about Sparkheart and Goldenfeather smiled when he saw his daughter with the orange tom. Even Ridgestone, the only cat to know of her dream, teased "The queens are younger every year! It wouldnt be taboo to have kits before you recive and apprentice." Moonlight had blushed at this and replied "I cant wait a little longer before i think of kits. Tulipkit, Mousekit, and Featherkit are almost ready to be apprentices. I may recive one of them." Ridgestone had laughed. And even though she'd deny it, Moonlight had been thinking about kits. In fact they were one of the major things on her mind as she, Bearclaw, Greystorm, Volefur, and Sparkheart came to the island to meet the leaders, lead by lionstar. Oakstar, Rainstar, and Heatherstar were all flanked by three or four warriors when the cats arrived. Goldenleaf was among Oakstar's group. "A little young to be representing part of shadow clan." Sparkheart whispered. Moonlight nodded, he was but from what she'd had heard before, he was a gifted and respected warrior. He mustve earned his place here, like them all. Lionstar was the first cat to announce Thunder clans agreement. Heatherstar and Rainstar followed with river and wind clan. "Though it has caused trouble among our ranks, shadow clan has agreed to star clan's wish." Lionstar looked at the Calico leader "Trouble?" He nodded "Yes. Robinwing and three of my other warriors have left shadow clan due to our actions. But it will not change anything. Thunder, River, and Shadow clan will become one." Riverlilly, the river clan medicen cat, stepped forward "As discussed with your medicen cats. We will be known as Earth clan. Representing all elements that lay under star clan." A small blue she cat looked at Riverlilly "Will we share camp? What will happen with the leaders?" The medicen cat smiled "Yes, we will share camp together." She pointed her tail north "Theres a secluded area that contains a pond, pine, oak, and leads to open moor. We will live there. Medicen cats will remain the same, seeing we'll have more cats in one place. The leaders will as well." she glanced at the cats "They'll be counsil. Deciding toghether." The leaders nodded. "Tomarrow at sunrise we send patrols to begin new camp preperations. Ripplefur will lead them to the location. Pineclaw will retrive them at sundown. " Rainfur beamed at them all. Lionstar stood, smiling "Then let it be known. Tonight marks the birth of a union. Earth clan!" With all the might of star clan, the cats called out their new clan. And the stars seemed to get brighter with ever chant.
