"C.T. shows a large epidural and subdural," Derek said as he looked at the scans in the OR while they prepped. "I need to get in there. Is she under?" he questioned the anesthesiologist.
"We're ready for you," he replied, taking his seat beside the chart and a multitude of different medications.
"Alright, while Shepherd and Grey work on that, Cristina you're with me," Owen voiced, looking at Cristina who nodded. "Sloan, Torres, you work on debridement and fixating those fractures," he said before everyone took their place and settled in for what they knew would be most likely several hours.
It was definitely a way to start their early Tuesday morning . . .
