Main characters: The Avengers & Dr. Strange (optionally Peter Parker, Black Panther & Shuri)
Timeline: Any time after AoU/Doctor Strange and before IW (depending on whether you involve Spidey etc.)
General Idea: Defying the Norms version two — Wanda convinces Doctor Strange to turn back time on Pietro to bring him back, but a combination of unfortunate events knock the Time Stone out of his hands, and all the Avengers are reversed to teenagers (or younger, if you want). Unfortunately their memory is changed so that all skill-related memories are gone, and Doctor Strange has no idea how to operate the Time Stone to reverse the effects. Memories of events and relationships remain, and it's up to an angsty Stephen Strange to turn them back again.
Ships: Clintasha/Brutasha, optionally ScarletFrost, and whatever else you want.

◊ Tony building himself a smaller suit with JARVIS's help (or FRIDAY's, if you must), because he can't remember how to do it himself.
◊ You can kill Laura if you're going with Clintasha, it's a bit cruel but hey; some people are willing to go great lengths for their ships.
◊ Wanda being overjoyed at having Pietro back and Pietro feeling like he never left and not understanding why his sister is crying.
◊ Vision and Pietro. That needs no explanation.
◊ ON THE TOPIC OF VISION — teenage him doesn't really exist, so that's up to the creativity of whoever writes this.
◊ Thor being unable to lift Mjölnir [optional]
◊ Steve being able to lift Mjölnir [that one's compulsory]
◊ Loki and Thor being young and stab-y.
◊ Sam Wilson and Bucky without Bucky's metal arm or supersoldierness XD
◊ Clint barely knowing how to read and stuff because he grew up in the circus and only learned all that later.
◊ ANGSTY STEPHEN STRANGE BECAUSE I JUST THINK THAT WOULD BE AWESOME! LIKE PTSD TONY BUT STRANGE!!!!
