Alex's POV •

ugh. I really really like Hailey and all I want is for her to be mine. I know she likes me but I don't know. I'm a bit scared to get rejected. I mean, she might not be ready. But I for sure am. Not gonna pressure it though. Just gonna wait for the right time. I don't have anything to do so I'm just gonna invite her to hangout. No not like a date.

I run downstairs and let my mom know that I'm going to onas house for a while.

I walk to her house which is only a few mins away.

•5 mins later

Okay I'm here.

I knock on the door and Hailey opened the door.

"Hey A " Hailey says as she smiles at me.

"Hey H." I say as I walk in.

"Anyways what you wanna do?" She asks.

"I've heard that the new incredibles movie is good." I mentioned to her.

"So, shall we go to the movies?" She asks me.

"Yes, we shall." I say as we both laugh.

Since Hailey doesn't know how to drive yet, she asked her mom to drive us to the movies and she agreed.

We walked in and bought the tickets for 2 and decided to get a small bucket of popcorn.

"Why did we have to get the small?" I whine.

"Fatass." Hailey says as she playfully punches me on the shoulder.

We give our tickets to the guy and walk in the correct room that's playing the movie. We sat down and just watched the previews playing. As the previews went by, the more people started coming in. Finally after like millions of years, the movie started. So far, it was pretty good. Hailey was almost falling asleep since I guess the movie wasn't really interesting to her.

For like the 2nd time of her dozing off, she finally fell asleep and she laid her head on my shoulder. This felt right. Us.

"Hailey wake up." I whisper in her ear.

She immediately lifted her head off my shoulder and sat up.

"Huh? It's over already?" She says probably still half asleep.

"Yeah lets go sleepy head."

"Fine."

Hailey called her mom to let her know that the movie had ended and 10 mins later she arrived and we got in the car.

•• Haileys House ••

The 3 Of us got out of the car and Haileys mom unlocked the door and started making dinner while Hailey and I went upstairs to hang out for a little bit.

"That was kinda a boring movie." Hailey said sitting on her bed and turning on her tv.

"Well yeah, cause you were asleep the whole time." I say sarcastically.

"Oh my god shut up alex." She says rolling her eyes at me.

"Aw is little hailey mad?" I say in a baby voice.

"I swear if you don't stop." She says annoyed.

"What are you gonna do, Huh?" I say throwing pillows at her.

She grabbed a pillow and threw it at me and it hit me right in the face.

"Since you wanna play Huh?" I said as I grabbed one of the pillows from the floor and threw it at her.

"Wow." She says as she picked up another one and threw it at me really hard that it actually hurt.

"Okay stop." I say annoyed.

"Aw, is baby Alex mad?" She says in a baby voice.

"Alright alright you win." I say as I fall back on her bed.

"I always do." She says with a confident grin.
