after we all got home, i saw a note from my mom saying ;

hey joey, i went out to go get some groceries, I'll be back in about 1 or 2 hours. if you get hungry, there's snacks in the food pantry. don't have any parties.

I put back the note and go upstairs.

okay, i have this house to myself for like 2 or 1 hours.

i won't throw a party since you don't do that on weekdays obviously.

maybe i can invite Hailey and Alex over.

ill see if they're available.

Haileys POV ♡

Joey had texted Alex and I and asked if we wanted to come to his house so that's what I'm doing right now. Getting ready to go.

I put on a black nike shirt on with dark blue ripped jeans and my white converse.

I grab my phone then go downstairs.

"Hey mom, I'll be back in like 2 hours. I'm going to a friends house." I say.

"Don't do anything you're not supposed to do." I hear her say as I shut the door.

I see Alex come out of his house.

"Hey alex! Do you know joeys address?" I ask.

"Yeah." He turns around and we both walk together to joeys house.

Alex knocks on the door and Joey answered.

"Hey guys, come in." He says.

Alex and I walk in and Joey leads us to his basement.

It wasn't your ordinary creepy basement.

It looked fun.

He had a tv down there, his ps4, board games, a couch to sit on, and a pool table.

We all sat on the couch.

"Guys let's play truth or truth." Joey says.

"Um." I say.

"Oh come on Hailey stop being boring." Alex says.

"Oh my god fine." I say as I roll my eyes.

"Okay who's first?" Joey asks.

"Ooh me." Alex says.

"Would you kiss Hailey? Yes or no. Truth only." Joey says.

"Duh I would." Alex says.

I could feel my cheeks getting warm.

"Okay I see you bro." Joey says as he laughs.

"Okay, Hailey. Now you. Would you kiss Alex?" Joey now asks me.

Shoot.

"Uh yeah I would." I looked over to Alex and saw him blush.

"Well since you both agreed then why don't you go do it in that closet over there." Joey point to a corner of the basement.

"Um I didn't agree to that part." I say nervously.

"Come on Hailey don't be boring." Joey whines.

"Ughhh fine." I say as alex and I both get up and head for the closet.

"7 minutes start now." Joey says holding his phone in his hand.

Alex and I get in the closet and close the door.

"Uhm So.." I say looking down at the floor.

Alex grabbed my chin with his hand gently and set it to where we were both looking at each other.

He leaned in and I leaned in too.

He let his hand go from my chin.

There we were.

The 2 Of us in joeys closet were basically making out.

[7 minutes later]

"Okay guys times up." I hear Joey say from outside the closet.

Ugh, I didn't want this to end and I could tell Alex didn't want it to end either since he wasn't pulling away.

He wrapped his arms around my waist not pulling apart from the kiss.

"You guys are having too much fun so continue whatever you're doing and I'll be playing fortnite out here." Joey says.

We finally pulled apart and came out of the closet.

"Hm what were you guys doing over there?" Joey says smirking not looking away from the tv.

"Nothing." Alex and I both look at each other and exchange smirks.

"Anyways, I really should go home." I say.

"Yeah me too." Alex says.

"Bye guys see ya at school." Joey says.

Alex and I walk out of joeys house and start to head home.

"We should do that more frequently." Alex says as he smirks at me.

"Yeah." I say as I laugh at his smirk.
