The following night,we were on a train headed towards Navy Pier,and with the threat earlier,I am not even sure I want to be here.
But knowing that she's watching me, bothers me more. She can kill anyone I love in a split second,knowing I can't do anything about it,she'll probably put it in the headline as an accident.
"Okay,Four pick your team."Eric says
Or maybe that's what Eric is hiding - that's how she knows so much,Eric is her spy,and he's spying on me.
Knew it.
"I want the Stiff."he says
"Someone to blame in case you lose?"Eric laughs
"To congratulate when I win."he corrects
Tobias learned not to underestimate me. Christina was on my team and so was Al,I shrugged it off. As we are given our guns,as I was ready to play.
And I hope Jeanine was watching.

"Eric is Jeanine's spy."I whisper to Tobias
"How are you sure?"he asks me
"Jeanine knows about us,when I haven't said a word and neither have you. Eric must have Erudite cameras up."I whisper
"Fucking bastard."Tobias swore
I sling the gun on my back as I saw the Ferris Wheel,and what I know from being here with my father-the Ferris Wheel could be used as an advantage in our favor.
I start walking over to it.
"Katniss."Tobias says
"I know what I'm doing."I said
I started climbing up,and I saw the flag across the pier,Molly was guarding it. As well is Peter,this should be fun.
"I see the flag,if we split up into groups,we can go over there and take people out,and I can sneak up there and take the flag."I said
"That's a good idea."he says
I start to climb back down,and I slip causing Tobias to catch me before I knock the air out of me.
"Katniss has a plan."says Tobias in the strong instructor voice
As I explain it again,I partner up with Tobias and Christina. When we get over there-me and Christina take out Uriah,Cato and Clove. As we both shoot Peter and Molly,Christina gets shot by Eric.
"Shit."Christina says
Eric had his gun aimed at me,but then Tobias came up behind him and shot him. I took the flag as I waved it in the air. I jump off the building to be caught by all of Dauntless. Cato lifted me up on his shoulders.
"To the Girl that if we set on fire would act like everything is normal-Katniss is now the Girl on Fire!"shouts Uriah
I laugh.
"Beautifully said,Uriah."I laugh
On the way back,I notice Edward and Myra's names scratched off the board,they must've left after Peter attacked Edward. And Myra being Edward's girlfriend,she followed him.
Later that night,as I slept in Tobias' bed. I dreamt of Prim,and if I didn't follow through,I found her after her being lost for some reason. And soon I hear ticking-like a bomb.
She mouthed my name,as the bombs went off,and then she was gone.
Jeanine set a hand on my shoulder.
"He's next."
I think I woke up crying because Tobais' shirt was wet with my tears as I saw that the eyeliner Christina suggested I should wear last night for Capture the Flag,was all over my face. I wipe it off,and I see anger in my face.
I'm not a weak little girl from Abnegation. I am Katniss Everdeen the Divergent that will set everyone free.
"Are you okay?"Tobias asks me
"Jeanine will not see me fall apart. I am not giving her the satisfaction."I said
"I know you aren't."he says
"Than I need to do something,we need to do something. I can't sit here while I wait for her to take the people I love away."I said
"She won't do that,she'll have to go through me."he says
"I don't think you understand,she'll start with you,and then Prim,my friends and then my entire life,all of it would be gone."I said
He's silent.
"She wants me to suffer,because she knows what I really am,someone must've told her my results."I said
"That's impossible,your results are Abnegation. I manually put that there."he says
"Who has access to the results?"I ask him
"Marcus."he says
"Add that to the list of people who want me dead."I sighed
"Katniss,what do we have to do?"he asks me
He was worried now,the man who made his life hell,was helping to kill me.
"I don't know,but I still think we could run,escape this place."I said
When I get dressed,I walk out alone to breakfast as I sit down with Christina.
"So I think that we should get tattoos."She says
"Sure,why not."I said
"Then we should go after breakfast,I mean like we get the day off."She says
"Yeah."I said
As we were in the tattoo parlor,she tells me that she's in love with Will.
"Go for it,you belong with him."I said
"You think so Katniss?"she asks me
"Of course,you two would be cute."I said
"Thanks."she says
A woman looks at me. I walk over to her.
"I'm Tori,a friend of Four's."she says
"I'm Ka-"she stops me"I already know who you are,you are quite the talk among Dauntless."she says
She looks at my Mockingjay.
"You want that bird?"she asks me
"On my shoulder,four of them."I said
"Your a strong little girl."she says
"I think Dauntless beat it out of me."I said
She chuckles.
"And I saw your sister,she's very smart."She says
"She wants to be a nurse."I said
"Done."Tori says
"Thank you."I said
"The Mockingjay is supposedly extinct sadly,it was a beautiful bird."she says
"Yeah."I said
Maybe it wasn't extinct.
