Ch 1. Everyone will pay

Lucy POV

Ever since Lisanna came back, almost everyone ignored me and acted as if I wasn't there. To add to the pain, Lisanna and Natsu have been hanging out with each other more than usual. I walked over to the bar and ordered a strawberry milkshake. As I waited for it, I saw Lisanna and my team talking excitedly and then suddenly stop. They all looked at me then started quietly talking again.

"Is something wrong?" Mira asked as she handed me my milkshake. "No, I'm fine," I said as I slowly sipped my milkshake. When I had nearly finished my milkshake, I saw Lisanna and the team walk up to me. I was so excited to see them as they haven't talked to me for the longest time ever.

"Hey you guys!" I said brightly and I smiled at them but they keep a solem face on. "Uh Lucy?" Started Natsu, "We are going to add Lisanna to our team... And kick you off." My heart skipped I beat and I looked at them with disbelief.

"You're kind of really weak so we decided to replace you with Lisanna," Explained Natsu. "O-ok," was all I managed to say. When they left, I dashed to the master's office. "What is it that you need, my child?"

"I would like to leave the guild," I said firmly. I then explained the whole story to him and he nodded. The master removed my guild mark and asked if I would be back. "Someday, when I get stronger" I said and then left.

While I walked to the doors Levy and Mira came to ask me where I was going. My only response was lifting my right hand up and walking calmly out of the guild. Once I was sure they couldn't see me, I ran back to my apartment, jumped on my bed and started to cry.

"Why, why Fairytail... Why would you do this to me?" I thought to myself I cried for a little more then I took a bath and started to pack up my stuff up. I was going to get stronger and prove to Fairytail that I wasn't as weak as they thought. Looking around at my now empty apartment, I choked back my tears and left a letter on my desk. I contacted my landlady saying I was going to be gone for a while and then left the place I once loved.

Levy POV

Lucy held her right hand up... HER GUILD MARK WAS GONE!!! As Lucy walked away, I felt hot tears forming. I tried to quickly wipe them away but it was useless. I couldn't stop crying now, it was an endless waterfall of tears. After calming down I went up to the Master's office and asked him if Lucy really did leave. He simply said that Lucy had left and that was that. I had to know why Lu-Chan was leaving. I ran down stairs and saw Gajeel, Mira and Wendy waiting for me, I guess Mira had told them too.

"We have to go find Lucy" I said and then we all left the guild to her apartment. As we were on our way though, we ran into an annoying sales man who wouldn't stop bothering us. Gajeel beat him up pretty quickly but the memory of Lucy's leaving sent us sprinting down the streets to her apartment.

When we got there, we knocked on her door. Nobody answered so we tried opening the door. To our surprise, the door was unlocked so we went in and couldn't find Lucy. We checked all of her draws. All empty. On the desk we found a note. I quickly scanned it and felt the wave of tears coming back. My hands trembled as I handed my friends the note. The room was silent as everyone read the letter.

"We are going back to the guild." I said with a spark of fury laced in my voice. Nobody objected and followed me out from Lucy's apartment. When we got to the guild, I kicked the doors open and everybody stared at me. With fury consuming me, I walked right up to Natsu and slapped him in the face. "What the- Levy why did you-" Started Natsu

"HOW COULD YOU!!!" I shouted "YOU BRING LUCY TO FAIRYTAIL AND LET HER JOIN YOUR TEAM AND NOW YOU KICK HER OUT AND MAKE HER FEEL LIKE SOME PIECE OF TRASH?!" I was outraged but then Gajeel grabbed a hold of me and dragged me away from Natsu before I could do anymore damage.

Suddenly, the Master appeared before us and shouted, "What are you brats making such a ruckus?" "Lu-Chan left this note." I said as I handed the Master the note. He took the folded piece of paper and began to read aloud.

"Dear Fairytail guild,

If you are reading this, I am long gone. I thought you guys were all my friends, family, my all. I was wrong and now I have left. When I come back, I'm going to prove that I am not weak, that I am strong. You will feel my pain.

- Lucy"

After the Master read the note he said, "I'm very disappointed at you guys." And with that he left.
