Ch.3 Training and life

Violet POV
By the time the train had gotten to Oak town, night had fallen over the sleepy town. Lucy and I wandered around the town until we found our apartment. Once we got in, we both immediately crashed in our beds.

The next morning, I woke up to the sound of Lucy's singing. I slowly got out of bed and changed. I walked to Lucy's room. She was wearing blue shorts, a plain white shirt, and a pair of combat boots. Her hair was braided and she looked wonderful. I really looked up to Lucy after she saved me.

"Morning Lucy! You look really pretty." I said "Oh! Thank you Violet." she replied "Let's go have breakfast then start training."

We went out to have breakfast then we went out to the forest. Lucy summoned Loke to help her train in combat while I ran around in shadow form, sometimes even scaring Lucy. After about 3 hours, we took a break and went back to training. I was now going to teach her Celestial Dragon Slaying magic.

"Sit down and concentrate your magic power." I instructed. "After that, hold your hands in front of you." She did as told and then I felt a very powerful magic coming from Lucy. She was doing it! "That's it! Now focus your power into your fist, get up, and punch a tree. Don't lose your concentration." I said. Lucy the got up and shouted," Flying fist of the Celestial Dragon!" The power hit the tree and other trees behind it. I was so surprised and happy for Lucy. "You did it!" I nearly screamed, bouncing with excitement.

Lucy looked amazed and not the slightest bit tired like I thought she would be because usually, when you learn a new magic that's advanced, you would lose a lot of magical energy. Maybe she had this hidden power but never realized it. I taught her another spell called the Celestial Dragon's Roar. Lucy also mastered the spell but it took a lot of magic energy from her so we stopped for the day.

I then realized that we didn't have lunch and it was almost night. We went to a restaurant and ate dinner. We went back to our room and I asked "Hey Lucy, I hope you don't mind me asking you this but why do you want to get stronger? I mean you are already pretty strong with those spirits you have." Lucy looked away but then started telling her story. When she was finished, I was so mad at her guild.

"They shouldn't be treating you like that! You are so not weak! I mean like you mastered two Dragon Slaying magic spells in one day without collapsing!!!" I said. "That's why I want to get stronger... Then I can show them that I'm not weak." She said with a smile creeping on to her face.

"I will do everything I can to help you." I said "Thank you!" Lucy said hugging me.

Lucy POV

I was so happy that Violet was willing to help me, but now I wanted to know more about her.

"So now that I have spilled my back story, it's time to spill yours." I said.

Violet's smile vanished and was replaced with a frown. Maybe it was too soo to ask such a back story.

"I'm sorry, you don't have to tell em if you don't want to." I said but Violet shook her head.

"Well... I was raised by dragons and they taught me shadow dragon slaying magic..." she started

"I know that" I said slowly "And I'm not the only one who was trained by Skiadrum, so that makes me..."

"YOU ARE ROGUE'S LITTLE SISTER?!" I yelled.

Realising my sudden outburst I sheepishly smiled and then asked "so then why aren't you with him?"

"Well when we were training, I somehow got lost while training. I wandered around the forest hoping to find my way back. I heard Rogue calling me I ran to the sound of his voice and finally found me. He hugged me tightly. Then someone grabbed me out of nowhere and shot Rogue in the stomach with magic. I screamed and kicked but the mysterious person got me. I later was able to kick him in the guts and run for my life... so I trained my magic and am now here" Violet said with a sad smile, "I miss him sometimes."

I felt so bad for Violet... she lost her parents like me. My mom and dad had died. I hugged her again.

"I know where Rogue is..." I said

"Y-you do?" she said wiping her tears away

"Ya we can go and visit him if you want" I replied

Violet looked up and smiled. "...I don't want to go see him yet."

"WHAT!" I exclaimed, "but he's your long lost brother!"

"Well, I promised you that I would help you. So until you get stronger, then we can go." said Violet" also this will make me stronger too!" I was so surprised at her reaction and her strong will to help me. "Thank you for everything" I said.

2 Years Later....

Lucy POV

"DIE!!! DIE YOU MONSTER" I screamed.

I had finished off my share of monsters and Violet had just finished hers. "Let's go collect our reward now." I said smiling.

It had been almost 2 years since I first met Violet and since then, she has taught me Celestial Dragon slaying Magic. In two short years, Violet had become my "Little sister" and we had grown very close to each other as well as a LOT stronger.

"Thank you for helping us here is your 200,000 jewel reward." said the requester. We left the requester's house and headed to the train station to get back home. Once on the train, Violet put on her motion sickness bands and we sat in a compartment that was all to ourselves.

"Hey Violet? Do you think it's time to go back to Fairy Tail? I mean, it has been two years now, maybe a surprise visit would be nice." I said.

"Yeah! You are really strong now... but we should still keep it short." Suggested Violet

I really missed my old apartment and I was excited to show FairyTail that I wasn't weak. When the train stopped and we got off, we immediately headed to our small apartment.

"Home sweet home!" Violet exclaimed.

After a nice bath, Violet and I started to pack and book train tickets for out surprise visit to Magnolia. After making sure to lock the door , we headed to the train station.

"Are you ready to amaze Fairytail?" Violet asked

"Oh Yeah, I Am Ready For You FairyTail!!!" I said confidently.
