Ch.7 The Sky Labyrinth

Natsu POV

I was walking around with Happy in the city of Crocus we I heard someone shout "hey there's a fight!" I quickly ran over and saw the two guys who smelled like dragons! I crawled through the crowd and there I saw beaten up guy on the ground and the two guys who smelled like dragons standing there like heroes. One had blonde hair and one had black hair.

"Anyone else wanna challenge us?" shouted the blonde guy. They seemed so... so... what's the word? They seemed like they thought they were better than everybody but they still smelled like dragons and I needed to get more information about Igneel.

" Hey you smell like dragons... were you raised by one?" I asked. "Yeah" replied the blonde guy. "Then did your dragons disappear too on July 7, 777?!" I asked.

Then the blonde guys smirked. "no, we killed them to get stronger and become real dragon slayers." I was shocked. " You killed your own parents?"

That was when I felt something hard hit my stomach and I blacked out.

Lucy POV

I was scared. I had just bought Violet a huge cup of coffee ice cream and she was wolfing it down. Sting, Rogue, and I had scooted as far away on the table as we could from Violet. After a few minutes, Violet was finished with her ice cream.

"Let's get back to our inn now. it's almost time to go!" Violet giggled

She was right! It was almost 11:45 and we needed to be back at 12:00! We ran to our inn/ chased after Violet and barely made it in to our rooms at 12:00.

Then suddenly, the building started to shake. "what's going on?" I thought to my self. Sting, Rogue, and Orga went to my room. Soon, we saw a giant sphere with stairs leading towards it and a lacrima- vision floating right in front of us.

On the lacrima vision, the guy with the pumpkin head told us that the sphere thing was a Labyrinth and we had to be one of the the first 8 teams to get out in order to be in the real GMGs. "Let's do this!" I shouted as I ran up the staris into the Labyrinth.

While I was running, I saw a cloud of dust pass right by me.

"What was that?" I yelled

"That was Violet being hyper..." said Rogue

I sighed and said, "Let's catch up to her before we lose her"

I picked up my speed and finally made it to the labyrinth where I saw Violet tapping her foot very fast. " LET'S GO ALREADY!!!!" she shouted in our faces. I looked around huge maze. There were staris above me and below me. "Um Violet there is one problem. We don't know where to go..." Sting said.

" YOU IDIOTS!!! YOU JUST HAVE TO MAKE A..." she started before she took a huge breath

"RIGHTTHENLEFTURNTHENYOUGOSHUFFLETOTHERIGHTTHENRUNUPASETOFSTARISTHENEATSOMEPASTATHENLEFTTHENYOUSHUFFLETOTHELEFTYHENYOURUNTOTHERIGHTTHRNDOACARTWHEELTHENRUNDOWNSOMESTAIRSANDTHEREISTHEEXIT!!!" Violet yelled very fast.

"how do you know?" I asked slightly scared

"Well that's what I did to get to the exit."

" You already finished it?!" I shouted

"YEAH SO LET'S GET GOING!" Violet responded as she showed us the way. It took us about 20 minuets to get to the exit.

"Yay! we made it!" I said happily

"Congrats on being 1st to find your way Kabo!" said the pumkin headed person.

"Thanks, now I think we should go back to the inn for some rest." I said looking at Violet. As were walking down the street, I looked to Violet with a worried face. I mean she was were powerful when she was hyper but when was she going to be back to normal? "hey Rogue? when is Violet going to stop being crazy?"

"When ever... I don't know it just randomly stops."

I sighed this was going to be a long night with Violet. right now, she was looking down and mumbling incoherent words. When we finally got back to the inn, the boys went to their rooms and the crazy Violet and I went to our room. I changed into my pajamas and was brushing my teeth when I heard an ear-splitting scream.

"VIOLET!" I screamed as I ran to her. I looked at Violet and she had black shadowy wings. her hair covered her face and I was really scared. Sting, Rogue, and Orga then burst into my room with worried faces. All I could do was point to Violet who was still screaming.

"What happened?" asked Sting as Rogue tried to clam Violet down . "I-I don't know... I was brushing my teeth when I heard her scream!"

Violet was trashing around and Rogue an Orga were trying to pin her down. When they had finally pinned her down, Orga was holding her hands and Rogue was holding her feet. The wings on her back started flapping and Sting and I went to pin them down as well.

I used one hand to pin her wing down and one hand to brush her hair out of face. I gasped. Her usual soft dark brown eyes were now just an endless sea of pitch black. They were wide open and kept darting in every direction.

I couldn't stand her screaming so I let go of her wing for a moment and grabbed some tape to tape her mouth shut. After I taped it shut, her screaming stopped and tears started streaming down her face. I felt so bad for Violet and so I started to stroke her hair. "shhh.. it's ok... you are going to be alright" I cooed

After a while, Violet calmed down and was now sleeping. Her wings started to disappear and we all let go of Violet.

"w-what was that?"
