Chapter 16

Matt's POV-

"Abigail!" I hear someone yell her name. I groan and try waking her up.

"Babe?" I caress her cheek. She comes closer to me and places her arms around my waist and places her head on top of my chest. I sigh and wrap an arm around her.

"Who's calling me?" She says into my chest sending shivers down my spine. She smiles and kisses my collarbone. I intake a sharp breath and she laughs, "you're too easy to please." She laughs before getting up and going to her bathroom. I lay down for a little bit longer looking up at her ceiling just thinking. After about 30 minutes I get up and go to my suitcase and Abigail comes out. "Does this look okay?" I turn around and she's wearing a pair skinny jeans with a flower top and lace cardigan. My mouth falls open and she blushes.

"So yes or no?" She waves her hand in front of me.

"What's the occasion?" She sits down at the edge of the bed and looks up at me. I make my to her and stand between her legs, holding on to her hand. "I'm gonna have a girls night with Stephanie and Jennifer before I leave." She sighs. "Yes! That's perfectly fine. The guys have been asking me to make a video with them and I can get it done today while your out." I smile at her they really have been asking but I've been with Abigail I couldn't just ditch her. She smiles and pulls me for a hug.

"Thank you Matt." She kisses my neck and goes to her closet before I stop her. "Oh no you won't." She smirks at me.

"What do you mean?" She's teasing me.

"You don't just kiss my neck, leave and expect me to be okay with that." I pull her towards me and she laughs.

"Sorry but I have to finish getting ready. I want to be home early so I can take care of my mom." She says truthfully. I groan and she goes into her closet and picks a pair of black vans. I smile at how other girls would've put on some makeup and high heels but Abigail, she didn't put on any makeup just her contacts. I am absolutely head over heels for her. She's the best thing that's happened to me. I still can't believe she's moving away from me so far. I won't be able to kiss her, tell her the sweetest things, tell her my dumb cheesy jokes that make her laugh, I won't be able to her how much she means to me anymore. I won't be able to tell her that I love her.

"Okay I'm leaving now. I just need my wallet and my phone." She looks around before I point in her now empty desk. She grabs them and comes to me. "I'll be back before 6." She grabs my face and kisses my lips softly. I hold on to her back not wanting to let go. She pulls away and leans her forehead against mine. She smiles and pecks my nose before heading to the door. "I'll be back before you know it!" She yells before closing the door behind her. I let out a loud sigh and walk into the kitchen to find Shawn with a paper and his guitar.

"Morning Shawn." He looks up and smiles.

"You know it's 11 right?" He laughs.

"Oh it is?" He nods.

"Good afternoon Matt." He's so Canadian.

"What you working on?" I ask while serving myself a bowl of cereal.

"I'm practicing a song for a new cover." I nod and sit down at the table. "What song?"

"All of the stars by Ed Sheeran."

"Hey I love that song."

"Really? I like it too there's something about it that just gets me, ya know?"

"Oh I know. Last night while we were driving to the movies the song came on. Since Abigail was asleep I was like I'll turn it up and sing right? So I didn't know that Abigail had been watching me the entire time. I had tears in my eyes but that's only because it was hot in the car." He does quotation marks with his hands, "yeah it was 'hot'." He laughs, "well anyways, she saw me crying and then she got all sappy with me. Then we sang the song together so it was all good." I laugh and he laughed too. We stay quite and he strummed a couple notes on the guitar.
