Chapter 8

3 months later

Clint had been distracting himself with back to back missions. He was trying to make sure he wouldn't think about Andy no matter what he went through. That's what made him lose it the first time she disappeared.

The team has been worried about him. He has been reckless and not thinking about his safety. They've gone on the missions with him and he had no concern for his safety or their safety.

After the last mission they finally had enough and decided to sit him down.

"Clint, what's been going on with you? I mean I know Andy left but you have no concern for us of yourself." Natasha said and Clint shook his head. "Don't give me a shrug or a noise. Give me an explanation. You're putting all of us in danger by being this reckless." Natasha demanded. 

"Fine. I kind of got my heart broken so I'm just dealing with the breakup in the only way I know how. I'll figure something out before our next mission okay?" Clint snapped, getting frustrated at Natasha's words. 

"You know I care you about Clint, and I have your back on our missions but I also need to know you have mine and you won't leave me to go on a solo mission." Natasha said sitting down next to him. 

Before Clint could even respond Steve ran into the room. "We found her." He said. They followed him to the lab to finally see if Andy was okay. 

Andy's POV in Spain 

Andy had finally found Alex's trace in Europe. She had followed her through Italy and finally caught up with her in Spain. She was making her way through the crowd to try and spot Alex at all. It was in the middle of a market which made it especially hard to find her enemy. 

In a split second Andy saw Alex's face flash into an alley. Andy's heart jumped as she started to speed up. She made her way to the alley and ran down it. She saw her go down to rail station. 

(Okay, don't know what happened to this chapter because I know I had the full one up. Anyway, let me explain what happened so this chapter doesn't just sit here like this while I try to fix it. 

Andy ran off to protect them but she found Alex in Spain and wanted to get revenge. She corned her in a train bathroom but walked into a trap. Alex was selling Bucky's words to some men and the men beat her to an inch of her life. Also Alex threatened the men and they weren't fazed and they the head guy threatened her back so they're pretty terrible men. So Alex and the men left Andy for dead and the men have Winter's trigger words. 

So I think that's where I left it but I am so sorry that this has been sitting here with less than 200 words. I have no idea what happened to it. I'll fix it when I can. I'm starting work again and I'm a little nervous about it since it's in the middle of a pandemic. I also kind of forgot about this so I'm sorry!)
