Betrayal is painful when done to someone you know. It's even more painful when it's done by someone you trusted, and the most painful when you're the perpetrator of the act. It's an unexplainable kind of pain and it hurts more than being beaten or abused or whatever.
We all make mistakes, some forgivable and others not. And these days, most grudges are not accountable for. But forgiveness is a rare gift to be cherished, because only the best of hearts can give such gifts.
