Where do I begin?

First off, THANK GOD! In my Yoruba, OLORUN ESE O! I thank God for the ideas, for the inspiration, for the strength. Take all the glory. Amen.

Secondly, I had no idea this book was going to be a huge success. I feel so proud of me. I did this myself! I'm so shocked, and yet so impressed. I'm growing up, yo!

Now to the main issue at hand.

Keyonna Brighton is just a character in a book, but to me, she's a hidden reflection of some people out there. People facing bullying, sexual abuse, emotional abuse, trauma, stigmatism, familial neglect... There are so many of them. It's what happens, it's the truth, and that's what I live for: the truth. All my books on Wattpad (well except Love Again) or on higher education notebooks, all speak the truth( Delilah's Web might be an exception). I don't know how to put it anymore, but being a kid suffering from anxiety attacks every ten minutes and self image issues opened my eyes to a lot of things.

The world is a caravan; it moves from beauty to weirdness to strangeness to tragedy. The caravan keeps moving.

Lastly, THANK YOU EVERYONE! For those of you that did 'eye service' and did not bother to vote, thank you. For those of you that were like 'oh, I could completely relate to that' and still did not click on that star, thank you. For those of you who voted, God bless you. Thank you so much. For those of you that egged me to go on, Celeste, Tolu, Mariam, Gbolahan, Bolatito, Jayolo, Joshua and my mum, a massive thank you. Papa P, thank you too. THANK YOU EVERYONE.
