You and Shawn had just gotten home from what was supposed to be a romantic dinner. The night was going great until the waitress walked out and started flirting with Shawn. This normally wouldn't have bothered you that much but Shawn flirted back. Halfway through the meal you had, had enough and walked out. Shawn ran after you but you just ignored him and called a cab.

When you got back to you and Shawn's shared apartment you changed into sweats and a T-shirt, and turned the TV on. You took out your phone and started looking through your twitter feed. All you saw was people saying you weren't good enough for Shawn. Thou let a tear fall when you heard the door open and slam shut. You turned around and saw Shawn standing there looking mad. You tried to walk up to him when he pushed you out of the way and walked past you.

"Shawn" you said while walking toward him. He kept walking so you called his name out again louder.

"What do you want Karen?" he snapped.

"I just wanted to talk about what happened" you snapped back.

"What's there to talk about my selfish bratty girlfriend doesn't trust me enough to even talk to another girl" he said starting to yell at you.

You couldn't stop the tears from falling you just watched him as he yelled at you. Finally you had had enough and walked to the bedroom and slammed the door.

After sitting on the bed for ten minutes you walked into the bathroom and shut the door. You pulled out your blade , and looked at the dried blood left from the last time you used it. Since you had been dating Shawn you had stopped, but with all the hate and the argument with Shawn it was to much.

You took the blade and slid it across your wrist. You had made about 4 cuts when you heard the bedroom door open and Shawn walk over to the bathroom. He wiggled the handle, and knocked on the door.

"Karen open up please, I know your in their" Shawn begged.

You ignored him and made another slit on your wrist.

"Please Karen let me in" he said softly.

You stood up and walked over to the sink to clean up all the evidence of what happened from Shawn. Right when you turned the water on you heard the door open and Shawn walk over to you.

"Why, Karen? Was it because of me?" he said his voice cracking.

He wrapped his arms around you and pulled you onto his lap on the floor, while cleaning up the cuts.

"Karen, you never answered me, did you do this because of me?" he asked tears falling down onto your cuts.

"It was the hate they were all telling me I didn't deserve you, and that you were too good for me. When you started flirting with that girl I felt like what they were saying was true and that you could do better." you said your tears mixing with his.

"Karen, your perfect for me. I mean if anything your to good for me." he said looking down into your eyes.

"Shawn."

"No listen you could have any guy in the world but you chose me. A guy that is always gone, away on a tour meeting thousands of other girls. I was wrong when I said you didn't trust me with that girl, because if you didn't trust me you wouldn't let me go on the Magcon Tour."

"I also chose a guy with an amazing voice who can comfort me just by looking at me" you said looking up at him and connecting your lips.

Shawn picked you up and carried you to the bed while singing softly into your ear, putting you into a peaceful sleep.
