Before I could respond, my grip loosened and he ran down the hallway, my jaw dropped.  I snapped out of my trance and began to chase after the agent, but I didn't react quickly enough. I didn't catch up to him, but that didn't stop me from running with the rest of the crowd. There were only three or four next to me, but there were many more behind and in front of me.  I heard Clara running behind me as well, not hesitating to catch up. When we got to the main carrier of the ship, we couldn't believe what we saw.  People were scattered across the floor. Blood. Wounds. Everyone was hurt, and everyone who wasn't hurt was helping. Clara ran out from behind me to a guy she had become friends with about a week ago. His head was bleeding, and he was clutching his chest.  All I could do was look around. I'm only 15! I have no special medical training; I haven't been taught any of the things that everyone else was doing!  But I looked out the window of the carrier and saw a guy in an all black suit, running with some papers, and another guy in a S.H.I.E.L.D outfit, chasing him.  That's when I heard the word from someone.
"Hydra."
I didn't really think, I just bolted towards the door, threw it open, and ran. I just kept running. I didn't think. I just ran. I saw him run towards a helicopter that was on the landing pad. I was only about 10 feet away when he jumped in. When he did, it was almost instantly when it started to take off, but I didn't stop running,  I ran towards the helicopter, that was now about 7 feet in the air. I closed my eyes and jumped.  I felt myself grab something; it was the railing. Before I could think of what a miracle that was, I jumped into the helicopter, and there were three of them plus the pilot. I used my basic instincts. Two of them charged at me, attempting to push me out, but I grabbed the guy on the right by his head. I threw him around the left side, ramming into the other guy and the guy on the left was thrown out of the helicopter. Before I reacted, the third one charged at me; he attempted to throw a punch, but I dodged him. I swept my leg under his, and he collapsed but immediately began to get up. I rammed his head into my knee, grabbed his jacket, and threw him out. I turned around and saw a stack of papers lying on the seat of we're he was sitting. I grabbed every paper I saw,  I didn't know what papers they we're looking for, so I just grabbed all of them, hoping that they would be of some use.  I flipped around and ran to the open space of the helicopter to jump. I didn't think; I just used basic human instincts: the fight or flight response. I saw the ground as I jumped, but I was suddenly stopped as my wrist was grabbed and thrusted back towards the helicopter. I looked up in terror and saw the 2nd agent holding onto my wrist, not letting me fall. I tried to think of a plan to push myself away, but I couldn't. My arm was holding the papers and my hand was cringing with pain as he squeezed my wrist tighter and tighter.  I stared at him through his mask. His eyes were hazel, full of panic and anger.  And I could bet my eyes were also filled with fear and anger. But mostly fear. Basically, I was completely terrified. I saw the desperation in his eyes, trying not to let me fall. I did the only thing that I could think of, I grabbed his wrist too.  Lesson time!  It's time to teach you about a little thing called "physical reverse psychology".  You probably know what reverse psychology is, but I'm here to tell you about the physical version of it. We're gonna use my situation as an example. So this guy will not let me fall, because he needs to have those papers. He could care less if I fell, but those papers are pretty darn important. So he's holding onto me, and I have no way to get him to let go. So what I do is grab his wrist and squeeze even tighter. Squeeze his wrist tight, tighter than anything, keep holding and squeezing. Squeeze until you draw blood or until you can feel bone through their skin. Their grip will start to get looser. He doesn't want me to fall, but he doesn't want me to break his wrist either.  Squeeze so hard, until his grip becomes so loose that when you fall, you'll slip right through his fingers.  And that's exactly what happened.  I fell. I flew through the air clutching the papers that we're fluttering through the air. I felt the wind take all the air out of my body as I tried to breath in. I stared up at the sky and saw the helicopter get farther and farther away. I had a flash of my entire life go through my mind. I saw a glance of a black figure with a toothy smile. I saw my parents, and again, I saw Tony.  Some people think that when you fall, you scream and flail because your scared, right?  But that's like the complete opposite of what happened; I just fell. I didn't do anything.  I was quiet. I thought about my life, my accomplishments, my regrets, my fears, everything.  But mostly, I thought about my parents.  All I could think was, Why?  Why didn't they stay?  Why did they have to leave?  The millisecond before I landed, I blacked out.  I couldn't see anything except for white. A lot of white and a lot of talking. I felt the papers being taken from my arm, and I felt myself being carried. My eyes we're still shut, and I couldn't open them, but I didn't really want to anyway.  I could hear everyone talking, and whoever was carrying me was running. I felt wind rushing around me and it suddenly stopped when he got inside.  I'm pretty sure I could hear Tony''s voice... And finally, I officially blacked out and stayed unconscious.  Eventually, I woke up.  I opened my eyes and saw all white. At first, I thought I was put in a white room for jumping out of a helicopter just for a couple of shredded trees with ink on them.  But my eyes adjusted to the light, and I saw Clara.
"Ava!"  she said,  "Are you alright?"  I stared at her for a second.  I nodded slowly.
"Yes..."  I slowly sat up. "What happened?"  I asked.  Before she spoke, I looked at my right hands fingertips.  I saw blood, and everything came back like a flash flood.  I layed back.  "Oh..."  Clara smiled anxiously.
"Yeah..."  I then realized that my upper body was fine, so I looked at clara.
"Did I get hurt?  Like at all?"
She cringed and reached for my blanket, she slowly lifted it up, that's when I saw my hospital gown, but she kept lifting it up, and that's when I saw two big blue casts covering my calves.  I looked at her.  "Your kidding."  She shook her head.
"Sorry...  It was a pretty big fall...  The doctors were surprised that you survived at all,"  she explained.
"But how did I break both my legs?"  I asked.  She shrugged.
"Ask yourself.  You're the one that jumped out of a helicopter,"  she stopped herself.  "By the way, why did you jump out of a helicopter?"  she asked harshly.  I shrugged.
"Didn't you see?"  I finished talking and she jumped out of the chair she was sitting in and stuck her arms out to her sides.
"OF COURSE I SAW!  One moment, I was helping Landon, and than the next moment I hear people screaming, 'She's hanging out of  a helicopter!'  And so of course I was curious to see as to who was hanging out of a freaking helicopter. And then all of the sudden I see this chick dangling from the edge of a helicopter being held up by a hydra agent. And then I see her fall 60 feet from the air-"
"Whoa whoa whoa,"  I said stopping her.  "60 feet?"  I asked.  She nodded aggressively as if I should've known that.
"Anyway," she continued,  "she falls and lands on the concrete!  And then I see you!  YOU!  Being carried by Agent Rogers and being surrounded by everyone!"  My eyes squinted slightly as I sat up with my elbows pressing against my pillow.
"Wait... Steve Rogers carried me here?"  I asked hesitantly.  She nodded with a smile.
"Yep.  And I saw Nick fury, Phil, Tony, I even saw Dr. Banner and Agent Romanoff come outside to see what happend!"  My eyes widened in amazement.
"No..."
She nodded. "Yes..."  She said responding with a nod.  I put my hand on my head, just realizing the throbbing sensation through my skull.
"Was Thor there?"  I asked in a hopeful voice. She rolled her eyes.
"Pfft. How should I know?"
"Your completely obsessed with him. I figured you would know," I said smirking. She glared at me. She flopped down on the hospital bed next to me sighing.
"No.  He wasn't there. I looked." I laughed, and she did too.  Suddenly she gasped and ran towards the door but then turned back to me.  "I told Phil I would get him once you woke up," she said cringing. I raised both my eyebrows.  She smiled anxiously and opened the door.  Like we both expected, Phil was standing staring straight at the door, when she opened it he immediately stepped in.  He nodded towards Clara and she hastily left the room and shut the door.  Phil walked over to me and sat in the chair next to me.  He didn't say hi or anything, he just sat down next to me and began firing questions at me.
"Did it hurt?"  he asked.
"What?"  I responded.
"When you fell,"  he said raising his pen above his head.
"From heaven?"  I said smiling and raising a single eyebrow.  He stared at me with  a complete and straight face.  I coughed awkwardly and turned red realizing that Phil doesn't really laugh...like at all.  So I just answered the question.
"Um... No.  Not really."  He raised his eyebrows.  "Not really?"  I shrugged.  "I blacked out before I landed."  He stared at me intently.
"You... blacked out?""  I nodded.  He looked at the wall, thinking.  "Alright."  He said standing up.  I was surprised.
"What? That's it?"  He sighed.
"No... Clara is gonna move in with you though..."
"What?!?"  I yelled.
"WHAT?!"  Clara said, swinging the door open as if she was listening.  (Which she was by the way.)  She smiled awkwardly and shut the door slowly.  He turned back to me.
"Yes.  Since this injury happened, you'll need someone to make sure you can get out of bed."  I frowned at him, while he smiled slightly.
"When is she moving in?"
"Today."
