"Hey!  Your early.  Why did you block me?  That was weird."  She said still smiling. I swallowed. She frowned noticing that I was nervous.  "What's wrong?"  She asked.  I took a deep inhale.
"So, Clara just got back and-"
"She did?  Awesome!  Hey, when we're done here can you switch?" I flinched, knowing why she wanted me to switch.
"Um, yeah sure.  Anyway, clara came back and she brought this book."  Rose just smiled at me, not suspecting anything.  "And she... she showed me...  There's a section in it about you."  Her face went from happy to nervous.
"What was the book called?"  She asked grimly.
"Uh... I think it was, magic spells and curses, or something."  Suddenly the feeling in the room changed.  It felt like it was darker, or maybe more dangerous...
"I burned that book a hundred years ago." She said.
"What?"  I asked, the sentence catching me off guard.
"Ava how much do you know?"  I stuttered.  Does she know?  Has she read that book?
"Um... a little, I mean not that much but..."  I looked up at her to see her shaking her head.  She closed her eyes and sighed.
"Ava I didn't want to have to do this so early..."  My heart started beating faster.
"Do what?"  I asked.  She laughed.
"Ava as smart as you are, you're pretty dumb."  I was to scared to notice the insult. "I mean, I'm the most dangerous, powerful and scary thing that has ever walked, and you thought you could trust me?"  She laughed a little harder.  "It seems to good to be true." She told me.
"What are you talking about..."  I mumbled.
"Hm?"
"WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?!"  I yelled.  She widened her eyes a little.
"Whoa sweetheart calm down, I'm explaining it to you, just give me a sec."  Finally, the realization dawned upon me.
"You've been planning this from the beginning... You saved me from dying when I feel out of that helicopter..."  She clicked her tongue at me.
"I'd have been in you for a long time, so I thought that my powers could do enough.  And they did, all except for your legs."  She said gesturing to my legs.  I looked down at them and looked back at her.
"My parents... did you..."  She stopped me and laughed.
"Oh no!  That was just a fun coincidence.  Makes this much easier for me.  I merely convinced you to convince them to go on the mission." She said gesturing to us both.
"What...?"  I asked, not really wanting an answer.  She laughed.
"Don't you remember?  I whispered to you, tell them to go on the mission, and you would say, go on the mission!"  My eyes widened, my heart dropped through my chest and felt like it shattered on the floor.  I remembered everything.

"You gotta go on the mission!"  My eleven year old self told them.  "It'll be good for experience!"  I wasn't really sure why I was convincing my parents to go on this mission, but something was telling me to get them to go.  Probably just because they would have fun.  They both looked really hesitant.
"I don't know ava... are you sure you can handle yourself?"  Edith asked.  I nodded.  My brown curls bobbing alongside my head.  Lucas smiled and bent down to be face to face with me.
"We'll be back in three days, ok?"  He told me.
"Ok daddy!"  I said hugging his neck.  He sighed.
    "I love you flower."

    I love you flower...

My dad's words echoed through my mind.  My breath escalated through my throat.  "You killed them..."  She laughed.
"Well technically yes, but to everyone else, you killed them!"  She said smiling.  Tears started to appear in my eyes.
    "Why would you..."
"All part of the plan sweetie."  She smiled.  "But eventually, no one will be on this planet, and then eventually, the universe."  She smiled, showing her fangs off and curling her forked tongue.  "Better run..."
