Chapter 13

I heard screaming and it woke me and my body burned as moved. and I opened my and Jason over by Kaneki and lots and lots of blood. Jason was yelling at Kaneki and Kaneki was screaming and counting down the same as me "Stop hurting him!!" I yell at him "Hm are you wake now. Hold on one moment" Kaneki kept screaming "Stop it. Please stop hurting him!! Hurt me instead" I keep yelling then Jason walks over to me and I'm not sure if its because I'm naked or how much Jason is scaring me. "Why are so persistent about making yourself getting hurt because of others. I know what to do to you next. He grabbed something form his desk and placed it on my face and it kept my eyes opened "You will watch Kaneki have another torture session" he walks over to Kaneki "See this here? Its made out of really tough steel and poor little kaneki here has also been injected with RC suppressants which eliminates all kagune activity and makes the skin breakable" he says cutting a toe off of Kaneki then another "977 970 963" He kept going. I was screaming for him to stop and he kept going and when he finished with Kaneki me oved over to me and took the head piece off "See that wasn't that bad" he said patting my hair "For you it was alright! I closed my eyes and tried to think of something else but it hurt more than anything ive ever though and it kept going for what felt like hours. He had stopped and came up to face level with me "Shh don't cry. Its only just start" I was still screaming and crying "Open your eyes and look at me." I didn't. I didn't want to see his face. I felt a sharp pain in my torso. He slapped me "I said open your eyes!" I did as he said still crying "Whats this?" "what happened to my eyes? Whats wrong with them." I yell and he brings over something I could see my reflections in. One of my eyes was a kakugan "I'm not a ghoul! Why did this happen?" I'm screaming my head off still form pain. Jason had started to burn me again "Where the counting?" He yelled at me "1000, 993,987,977,970" I was counting between cries. then he stopped "Rest up for now. I'll be back later

He came in everyday for 9 days and today being the 10th. I was raped, burnt, cut and had to watch everything Kaneki went through for 9 days. I'm not sure how I'm still sane but today is probably the worst day yet. He wasn't satisfied that we both haven't loss our sanity yet. he dragged two people in. A man and a woman "See these two lovers here. I want you to decide who lives and who dies and I'll kill them for you" he said with his laugh. "If I chose who lives and dies its like killing them myself" Kaneki yells "Kaneki Kill me. I don't want any of you to die. Chose me" I yell at him "Times running out. If you don't chose ill kill them both" "Kill me !!" Kaneki yelled "Times up!" Jason revealed his kagune and I pushed myself in front of them and Jason missed me and killed the couple "Stop please!!" something in my head changed and I felt a new type of pain then I see Jason on the floor with a kagune in his back. I look behind me. It was my kagune. I drop to the ground and feel the kagune disappear and see Kaneki who has white hair now fighting Jason leaving Jason for dead. "Yasha we need to get out of here" He said "Why am I a ghoul now" "Its not that bad after a while" He said voice expressionless. Kaneki lost his sanity "I'm Sorry Kaneki" I cry "Its not your fault. We need to leave before the doves find us" I don't move "Your choice but if you make it out alive tell Anteiku not to worry about me" And with that he left me crying on the floor. I heard explosions. Someone is blowing this place up then I saw Juuzou "Lookie here Two ghoul but ones already halp dead" He said "Juuzou please help me" I saw him look at me then I pass out

"Prisoner 187 Wake up" I heard someone yell. I open my eyes and I'm in a cell with a white jacket on "Feeding time" The officer yells and a tray with Human flesh comes under the door "I'm not a ghoul though!!" I yell at them "Please let me see Arima Kishou!!" "Arima isn't coming here to see some ghoul" the guard said "But I'm not a ghoul I'm his girlfriend Yasha Natsumi!" I yell "Natsumi san Died days ago" the guard said "But I'm Yasha! Ask Arima, Shinohara!! Anyone from the 20th ward branch!!" yell "Please I want to go home to my family" I cry and the door opens and a mirror was given to me and I look at it. My hair turned a really light shade of green and the kakugan was there "You are not who you think you are." The guard said "Please let me see my Arima" I'm a sobbing mess "Alright but if you cant prove who you are I'll make sure to put you on a death strike.

I crawl over to a dark corner of the room and lift up my shirt to see the infection starting up again and all the cuts and bruises where there. I couldn't eat the food so I crawled into my bed because the infection was painful and cried myself to sleep.

I heard the door open later that day and I saw Arima and I try to hug him "Arima san, I'm sorry but, please don't let me go." "How dare you try to say you're my loved one you filthy ghoul" he spat at me "But its me Arima san" I saw and he walks closer to me and picks me up by my hair "Prove it or I will kill you here" ive never seen Arima this angry. He must really think I'm dead "You saved me from a ghoul attack when I was 7. I joined you at the academy. We graduated together and I joined research. I moved in with you when I was 16. we both moved up the ranks. Just over 2 months ago I adopted a little girl named Hinami then that same day you asked me to be your girlfriend and I said yes. My infection got really bad and you looked after me. Almost 2 weeks ago you took me out for dinner for a present and we fell asleep together then the next morning you dropped me off at Anteiku so I could visit Hinami but leaving you hurt me more than anything even under that smile you love. People came in and started breaking things and I tried to protect Hinami but I was take by the 13's Jason." I say "And I can prove the infection because its back. I lift my shirt to show the infection with all the burns and cuts and bruises. "You are my Yasha!" He pulls me in for a hug "How are you a ghoul?" he asks "I was kidnapped as a child by a ghoul was RC cells where injected into me but they didn't activate until Jason was torturing me. I'm sorry. I cant stay with you because I'm a ghoul now. I have to stay here but remember I will always love you" I say crying into him "No . You aren't a full ghoul." He pulls out a chocolate bar "If you can eat this I can bring you out and convince everyone to trust you" I take the chocolate and break off a part and start to eat it and I was white chocolate. My favourite "Its White chocolate. The brand I love" I'm crying so much I can barely talk. I break off another square and ate it. I can eat human food. "I'll bring you out today. but first you need medical attention. What exactly happened to you?" "I was cut, burnt beat up, put under extreme mental pressure but worst of all he raped me until everything felt numb" he picked me up bridal style and walked out he door and the guards tried to stop him "Shes a ghoul Arima" "No shes not. Shes my girlfriend" he ran off until he reached the doors of the car and drove off to the 20th wards brand and took me up to the higher ups offices.

"Arima and Yasha? did you bleach you hair?" someone said "Not exactly. If I was tortured for 10 days count then yes." I say still in Arima's arms "Sir I want you to allow Yasha Natsumi to still be an investigator even though she is now part ghoul" Arima asks "Explain how is my best female investigator a ghoul?" He asks "Well when I was a baby I was taken by a ghoul known as a queen in the ghoul community and she injected RC cells into me but I was taken away before she finished and under the extreme pain I was put under while being tortured by Jason I activated my power. I'm still very much human except I have kakugan an a kagune which I don't have a clue what my Kagune looks like. I don't know if I can release it again. Sir" I say "Unless you go out of control I guess you can but keep it between us" He said "Of course sir. Thank you Sir" I say and Arima still carrying me takes me home "So now I can call you my little ghoul" he said as we arrive home. "Yeah Yeah but an you please get me some clothes, Panadol and some antiseptic cream while i have a long deserved shower. Wait a bath with bubbles" He puts me in the bathroom and I run a bath with some bubbles then get in slowly cause eveeything burned. Arima came back after I got in the bath With everything I asked for and he helped me with washing all the cuts and with moving because it stung so much then he placed me in his bed and cuddled up with me "I'll take you to a hospital tomorrow about the infection but for now lets enjoy the time together" he said "I'm sorry about putting you through all this Arima." he tried to move his arm to a more comfortable position "Stay with me. I don't want anyone else to leave me again" I whisper "I'll do anything for you my love. Now gets some sleep. You look like you need it" He whispered in my ear before kissing me on the forehead. He was right, I needed that sleep more then anything. Everything felt right at that moment. It felt perfect. I'm safe with the man I love.
