Chapter 30 + Epilogue

I ran towards the owl and tried to attack her but she dodged me. I turn around to face her and she charges toward me. She scratches my right arm. I grab my arm and wince in pain. "You'll pay for that" I use the stems of my kagune to attack her then I shoot thorns out of the stems and they hit her. She shrieks in pain. "Is that all you got" She giggles at me picks me up by the throat. "I'm going to have fun tearing you apart" She gives off another giggle then throws me to the ground. I go tumbling across the roof until I reach the end on the building. 'Please no. I don't want to die. I want to go back to my family at Anteiku. I want to go back to Kishou. I want to have my baby and watch her grow up' I yell in my head. "Aww is little Natsumi going to die?" She says walking closer to me. I stand up. I use the rose part to block the owl and made my run away. I Look behind me. and the owl runs towards me again and slaps me away "Are you afraid to fight me?" I say weakly and she giggles "Oh no. I'm looking forward to see if you fight me with all your potential" I stand up and release my Kagune fully "Ok you wanna fight with everything you got? Let do this" I feel a huge rush of strength run through my body. My kagune changes colour. My kagune wraps around me then my hair changes from a pastel green with streaks in it to an ombre from pastel green to white. I look at her. I run towards her and stab her in the stomach but she heals quickly. I move away from her range of attack but she turns around before attack making me the middle of the range. I got hit through the diaphragm 'Any lower and it would of hurt the baby' I think to myself as I try and catch my breath because having this baby is slowing me down. I try to heal up. It took a little bit but it worked. I move around with speed. I hid myself and attack the owl from behind "Sneak attacks aren't allowed" She giggled then picked me up from my head "What would happen if I hurt your little child?" She says and her kagune runs across my stomach "You cant be that heartless" I cut her hands off so she dropped me. I jump back with my kagune "Oh sweetie I am might be? I never knew what its like to have a family. My father left me alone as a child and I grew up on my own." She growls at me because of her hands. Her hands regenerate quickly as I see Kishou coming up and The owl knows he's here "Oh whos this?" She makes her way over to Kishou. I stab her in the back to get her attention "It melts my soul how much you care for everyone that you would be killed before they're hurt" SHe runs over to me and knocks me to the ground. "What soul? You're heartless" I say then realise I have blood coming out of my mouth. "You haven't seen heartless yet." She put her foot on my stomach. "Have fun... Natsumi san" SHe lets got a horrifying giggle and stomps down hard. I scream so loud "Yasha!!" I hear Kishou yell. "Not my child" I say and feel blood around me "And one final blow for good luck" She takes her kagune and it goes right through my skull "I know this day would come... Sooner or later. I love everyone one at Anteiku, I love my family at the CCG but most of all, I love you Arima Kishou" I say and feel everything go dark then black. I know I won't come back. I now know that this world is completely wrong. There's good things but it's wrong. Love was my only escape. I know I won't die. I know my memories won't be there when I wake. I never want to forget you all but I'll miss you.

(Kishou's Point of view)

I see Eto stab Yasha in the skull "The plan was to harm her. Not kill her!! You know I love her! You know I care for her. She's important to me. You're lucky I stick to my plans" I yell and run over to her. quinque out "Now just fight me so we can get this done with" I try to hold back my tears "She was annoying me with her loving personality. She brought it upon herself" She attacked me. I cut off her arm and she eats the other owl and jumps off the building. I follow her but let her go. I get back to the rooftop to see Yasha. "Yasha?! Can you hear me?" I say picking her up but she slightly moves her fingers "I know it hurts. You'll be alright" I pick her up. I reach my hand up to the earpiece "Arima reporting. Owl has escaped but Natsumi is heavily wounded. I'm bringing her back" I say "But she's a ghoul!" I hear someone say "She's the love of my life. It wasn't her choice. If anyone hurts her I will find them and kill them myself" I say taking her back but I hear Mado say something "We lost Amon. I cant lose Yasha, Arima san. Is the little one alright?" SHe asks "I doubt it. Major wound trough her stomach and one to the head." I say. "Mado you're in charge of looking after her while I keep fighting. Make your way back now." When I make it back to the base I see Mado there waiting. "Yasha!" SHe eruns up to me "Thank you Arima san for bringing her back" She takes Yasha out of my hands. "Go and finish what you're doing. I'll make sure she heals some what" She says and I nod. "I trust you Mado chan. bring her back to me." I say and walk over to my position "Arima, Eyepatch ghoul is coming and is holding something or someone in his arms" "Copy that" I look up and see a white haired ghoul coming closer and the blanket comes off to show a orange haired male in a CCG outfit. That must be that trainee Nagachika. The ghoul puts down the boy "Lots of rumours about you Eyepatch" I say "I hear. Please tell me Natsumi is safe. She saved me and I want her to be safe" He says "You must be from that Anteiku place" I say "Yes I am, but is Natsumi alright?" HE askes "I'm not sure. SHe was heavily wounded and is trying to be fixed as we speak. "Thank goodness." He breaths out. "Now its your time to die" I go to attack him. from what everyone has said he must be strong. He dodged muat of my attacks and was pretty challenging. I ended up taking him down. He was almost dead. "Please don't let them hurt my family" He says. "I want them to grow up strong and safe" He continues. 'Maybe he could be useful later on.' I think 'I'll propose an idea to Washuu to get a plan for him. I need to get rid of his memories though. I'm going to do what Yasha thought I would do to her' I mumble. I pick the white haired ghoul up. I take my quinque "See you on the other side" I whisper to him before stabbing both of his eyes out and wreaking his brain. I leave the site and go back to Yasha. I heard screaming and made my way over quicker. She was awake and moving slightly "Stay back" She yells. "Yasha calm down. Its me Akira." Akira moves closer but she must be scared because her kagune out and I see people trying to rush at her "Stand down" I yell and she looks at me "Its the white reaper. I want to go home. Please don't harm me. I want my family" She yells and I move closer to her "I don't want to die" SHe yells at me and hides herself in her kagune "Yasha its me Kishou" I say "Please no. I cant die" She says "But I'm your boyfriends" I move closer to her "No Ive never meet you. I lost my mother and father. Wait why is it day time. Who am I?" I look at Mado "She lost her memories Arima, We need to take her down" Mado says and sprays the RC gass at her and her Kagune disappears "Arima I'm going to naturalize her and she'll go to Cochlea. I promise no harm will come to her" She says and pulls out a gun "OK but I don't want harm to come" I say and turn around. "Do it Mado" I whisper and hear a gun shot. "Operation Success" Marude Said and I hold back my tears "What happened to Shinohara?" I ask "He's a coma but we're not sure if he'll make it" Someone said "We lost most of our crew Mado" I say to her "Call me Akira, Arima" and she hugs me "Yasha will be alright. I promise" She comes closer and I hug her and start to cry "I hope she will." I whisper "Let's take her there ourselves so she's not harmed" She walk over to Yasha. I pick her up and take her back to our home. I walk to her room. She made it before she left like she planned this would happen. I cant bring myself to do anything so I leave. "Arima san.." She looks in Yasha room then shuts the door" Lets not bring her anything for now." She takes me out to the car and we drive to the 23rd and to Cochlea. We walk in "We have a new prisoner. Well she's been here before but she's her again but lost her memories" I say and they take her "I want a lot of care for her. She's not to be harmed." Akira said. "If she is to in flicked self harm or be in denial I'm to be called instantly" I look at the guard with a threatening in my eyes "Yes sir" He says. and they take her away from us. "She'll be fine Arima. You can visit her anytime you want" She hugs me. I hug her back and we both stand there watching them take her away.
