dear book,
i told jess about luke. she eventually came over yesterday and helped me pick out an outfit for the party tommorow. she decided on a scandalous, skimpy, too-too-short black dress with pumps. i decided on a blink-182 shirt and black ripped skinny jeans with white converse.
she surprisingly didn't talk me out of it. she just said "colleen, wear that shirt, and he will want a taste of your music." and she walked cheekily out of the room. when jess left, i secretly grabbed a skimpy red dress, ran outside, and shoved it under the passenger side of my car. well, if he wants to learn my music taste, might as well have some intro chords, shouldn't we?
i'm now thinking of a list of conversations luke and i could have.
this is my list so far:

- imagine dragons
- music
- piano
- guitar
- how hot he will probably look
- how hot jess will probably look and try to steal him from me
update: i just asked jess if she would trying to steal him from me. she said and i quote, "darling, no notes are as beautiful as yours."
