Take Me Home~ Sequel to Short Circuit

Prologue

The world seemed to be a cold place. One where things were originally seen as black and white with no in between. Later on, things became a different type of argument. That it was all brain and data base. But amidst all of those rather... Disappointing viewpoints seem by the human race, I had found him. The one that was perfect to me in his own little way.

Connor.

  I know how people would differ when I say that I love an Android, but I don't care. Despite the wild fiasco we experiences in Detroit, the prologue to our destiny, that didn't stop me. He is alive and he's human and from his humanity, we've experienced love. I've laughed and I've cried with him, not one moment do I regret at all. In fact, each moment I would be happy with living again because of how much I love him.

  Since his newfound freedom from Cyberlife, he was free to experience emotions as well and he declared his love to me as well. So now, after all of our troubles from what happened in Detroit, we are on the road. We plan to travel this world, finding just the perfect place for us so we could start a new life. One that we could live until the very end, at least for me.

  I know that I won't live as long as he would, but I'd make each and every moment count... Until the inescapable death came for me. So here we are, on our journey but there's always that looming thought that I have. I suppose it'll never leave, but I'll make the best of everything I have now...

  Unless that train of thought destroys me first. But we'll just have to see...
