I lost track on counting the nights
that I dreamed we were exchanging our sweetest I do.
Our eyes not parting ways.
Emotions colliding with each other while being watched
by our family who will witness
the beginning of our forever. But how stupid fate can be.
You are looking at me right now,
gesturing how nervous you are
while waiting for the girl
you chose instead of me.
I raised my thumb to tell you it's gonna be OK.
I began to take pictures of her
while walking down the aisle,
the one I badly wished to walk at
and not at the sidewalk. But what can I do?
I can't hate you
for doing something
the world means to you.Needles begin to prick my heart
and I want to curse fate for letting
me dream something odd,
something out of my grasp.
I guess, being your bestfriend
is my only role in your book
and I think that's enough.
