And again, you find yourself
sulking at one corner,
cursing why your life
isn't a bed of roses.
You lock yourself in a cave,
to avoid gazing at things
that will remind you that you are not just like the others. You plant dark, unhealthy
things on your mind.
You cannot click the button for you to stop pitying yourself
because you always divert your eyes at your own little corner
of loneliness.There's a colossal universe
waiting at the end of the
cave that you built.
Patiently waiting for that grand
day when you will finally
choose to undress the
foul words you've been
wearing for years.I am waiting for you, love.
Don't forget that
you are more than
what you think you are.
Please engrave that in your
beating heart.
