~ Just when you think that you've hit rock bottom, you realize that you're standing on another trap door. ~

Rye's POV

My eyes fluttered open slowly, a sharp pain rushing through my head as I tried to focus on my surroundings. I was still in that room, laying at the same spot where Annabeth left me. My whole body felt like It was on fire, sharp pieces of the broken mirror piercing into the skin of my whole body except from my face and head.

I winced in pain as I tried to get up. When I was finally able to stand up on my feet with a little support from the wall, I looked around the room to find it empty. Annabeth was nowhere to be seen and so was Andy. That's not good.

'I've to find Andy and destroy that pendant. I won't let that evil spirit take my Andy away.' I thought with determination, encouraging myself to stay strong for Andy. For the boys.

~

I limped out of the room and into the long hall, almost falling down when I tried to walk without the support of the wall. My body was bleeding from different sites, little drops of blood soaking my clothes wet. Even though I took out most of the mirror pieces, The pain was nearly unbearable, even for me. Afterall, I'm still a human being.

But I've to be strong for Andy. I need to be strong in order to save him. I've no idea where the other boys are but I don't have enough time to find them. I'll have to do this on my own.

My thoughts were interuppted when I heard a loud and harsh call of a raven. I frowned in confusion before looking out of the window, which was broken already. Strange.

The other strange thing was that It was the same Raven I saw before entering the mansion and It was still flying around that tree while making shrill and high pitched calls.

I decided to ignore it again and kept walking further down the hall. I made sure to check all the rooms and be as quick as possible. Because I need to find Andy and destroy the pendant He is wearing on his neck.

I was about to check the third room when suddenly I heard a creaking sound coming from the end of the hall. I quickly whipped around, groaning out in pain when a sharp pain rushed through my upper body.

A door at the end of the hall was opening and closing on its own, making creepy squeaking sounds.

I gulped in fear before slowly making my way towards that room. I shouldn't go there as It could be some kind of a trap. But I also need to find Andy and this may be the only chance to do that and save him.

I grabbed the door knob, preventing it from closing again before taking a deep breath and walking inside. I looked around in confusion. It looked like some sort of experimental Lab.

But Aleksandur never mentioned a Lab? And why would there be a Lab in a mansion in the first place?

But before I could ponder over my thoughts, The door shut behind me on its own.

~

Mikey's POV

"His name was Aleksandur and He looked just like Andy."

I stared at Brook in shock, trying to process the new information I just found out.

"B-but How is that p-possible?" I stuttered out.

"We don't know, Mike." Brooklyn spoke with a worried tone.

"So, That guy Aleksandur used to abuse her and I'm guessing that he was the one responsible for her death. And now she wants revenge." I said, putting two and two together.
