Chapter 14

*THUG!*

"Ow!" I curled into a ball groaning. Nang nakaregain na ako ng realidad, biyolente akong umupo. "The hell?!?" Pasigaw kong sabi.

"What do you mean 'the hell'?!" Sabi ni mama na galit. Mom can be childish but don't test her anger, you'll experience hell... I only sighed.

"Stand up young lady! Someone's waiting for you down stairs." Sabi ni mama! Nagkunot noo ako. Nagtataka akong tumingin sakanya. "I'm not expecting someone?" Sagot ko.

"I prefer to call him a boyfriend, only my daughter see him as a friend." Hearing that, I think I knew what she meant.........Liam..... I rolled my eyes to what my mother said, lagi nalang niyang sinasabi yan nang nakabalik siya.She always asks me if Liam was my boyfriend or something, shouldn't it be that they should forbid me from having a boyfriend?

"Fine! Lalabas na ako, sandali lang." Sabi ko na lamang. Tumango si mama at bumaba.

Napabuntong hininga nalang ako. Tumayo ako nagsimulang mag ayos.

Bumaba na ako. Mom, Leo and Liam was getting along well, They were telling each other stories or something.

Napansin nila ang pagbaba ko at tumingin sila saakin. Napatingin ako kay Liam. He smiles at me. I gave him a small smile but I see something seem to change......Did he become paler??
I shook of the thought and sat down beside him.

"So...." Sabi ko dahil parang bigla silang nanahimik. "Nothing.." Sabi ni Leo. "Anyway, Doon muna ako sa room ko." Sabi nito and nag wink. "And I'll stay in the kitchen." Sabi ni mama na may kakaibang ngiti.

At first I got confused pero nung naprocess ko sa utak ko ang ibig sabihin nito, I rolled my eyes. Of course, they're partner in crime, surely Leo is also rooting for Liam.

"Sorry 'bout that." Sabi ko kay Liam. "No, It's fine actually, I had fun na kausap sila." Sabi nito at ngumiti. Seeing him smile, my heart suddenly skipped a beat. I shook of the thought, but I'm getting confused why I'm acting like this.....

"Bakit ka nga ba nandito?" Tanong ko. Tumingin siya saakin na parang nagtataka. "We talked about this yesterday remember? That we're going to search for a plot to take a topic." Sabi niya. Hmmm....Ohhhh right.

I looked at him and he laughed at my reaction. "Be back in a sec." Sabi ko nalang at tumayo at nagsimulang maglakad papuntang kwarto ko para magpalit.

Just when I was done, I immediately went down and we said our goodbyes.

Ma-ingay ang paligild, Maraming tao, it's suffocating. Liam and I decided to our plot for the topic is the amusement park. So, gagawa kami ng kwento through Pictures, It's a short story with a great impact.....I hope.

Si Liam ang nag te-take ng picture with DSLR and I may say, so far, magaganda ang pictures na nakukuha niya.

Nakadami na din kami ng pictures and we successfully connected them together to make a great story, we only need one last picture kung saan ito ang ending.

"So since nakadami tayo." Tumingin ako sa kanya sa sinabi niya. "How about we have fun." Sabi nito at ngumiti ng napakalapad. "Fun is not fun for me." I answered giving him a sarcastic smile.

"Ang daya mo talaga." Sabi niya na parang bata. I gave him a look and rolled my eyes. "Just give it a try." Sabi nito. I shook my head. "Please....." Hear we go again..... "Please, please, please, please, pleeeaaaasseee!!" Parang batang Pagpupumilit niya.

"FINE!" I hissed at him my eyes turning wide in annoyance. "But I end up killing you because of this, then It's not my fault." Sabi ko at tumayo ng tuluyan.

LIAM's POV:

Lena had become closer to me after some few weeks passed. Pero minsan she still ends up pushing people away, pushing me away.

Lena is a great girl, she really is, Hindi lang talaga halata.....she's nice in her own way. I understand her for being hard to open up to people. The time a got to there house, binilinan agad ako ng kanyang ina. Pati ako nagulat but it really hit the bottom spot in my heart, about what happened to Lena.

FLASHBACK

"Liam, iho..." Tumingin ako kay tita na nagtataka, hindi ko ba alam kung matatakot ba ako o ano, kasi pagkatapos ng tawanan ay bigla siyang nagseryoso.

"Po?" Sagot ko lamang. "Si Helena, mabait siyang bata, responsable." Sabi nito. "Hindi lang talaga halata." Sabi ulit nito at tumawa ng mahina. Napangiti na ako dito. She really was different from the others and I know she's nicer than what people think of her. "It's because she had a harsh past." Sabi ni tita at tila biglang nawala ang ngiti.

"Harsh past?" Patanong kong sabi. "Pala ngiti ang batang yan...Laging tumatawa, happy-go-lucky." Sabi ni tita at ngumiti tila may inaalala. "It was all because of her father." Nanatili akong tahimik. "Her father, was her bestfriend, they, both are like child, partners in crime, but then her father, my husband turned out to be an idiot."

"He wanted to leave, leave the family with Helena, Just that day, he almost took her away from me. She got scared, that day, she finds all people that will get close to her would end up leaving her like her dad did." Sabi ni tita at kita mo ang lungkot sa mata niya.

"Magulo ang anak ko, but I hope you'd take care of her, and not end up leaving her." Sabi niya. I hesitated to answer, ewan ko, I suddenly felt afraid, but I ended up nodding.

Ngumiti aito saakin at nagpaalam na gihisingin niya na daw si Helena kaya't tumango na lang ako.

END OF FLASHBACK

She seem like a hard stone outside but actually she was a soft pillow inside.

"Ano na!? Tagal mo! Magyaya ka tapos di ka tatayo?!" Sigaw niya saakin.

I looked at her and she looked annoyed. I laughed at the sight! "Yeah! I'll be there!" Sabi ko at tumayo.

I'll take care of her as long as I live.....Because I unexpectedly fell in love with her.......

Heyo guys! I just wanna say na I'm so sorry kung napakatagal ng upadate ko. I have 2 reasons:

1. Sandyang tamad po ako (sorry😂)

2. I keep on forgetting my main scenes which gives me confusion at times so nahihirapan akong mag-isip ng bagong scene or something, so if ever na parang magulo yung flow ng story, I'm so so so sorry. I'll be fixing up the next chapter to come to fix the flow of the story.
