"Hm, yeah?" I said, turning to face my dear friend [Insert name here]
"maybe you should do something besides updating your shitpost book all the time," said [insert name here], worrying about my speedy descent into hell.
"i dO SHIT I SWEAR!!!" I yelled, saving around the one comic I'm writing and some drafts for a book.
[Insert name here] narrowed their eyes, they obviously needed more proof of me not being a lazy shit. I sighed, pulled a crumpled ball of paper out my pocket, then started reading off it.
"Well... My brother and I are planning to either use rpg maker to make a game, or create an interactive comic," I stated simply, looking proud-ish of myself.
"What's the catch?"
"Huh?" I said, confused.
[Insert name here] crossed their arms "you're going to say some excuse as to why it's not going to be done soon, right?" They worded it like a question, but I could tell it was a statement.
"Well....."
They sighed and muttered something like "there it is," I decided to ignore them.
I continued, "I don't have that good of an editing program, so I have to get vectors of everything, and we're still deciding how it should look, and if it ends up being a comic (which it probably will), we'll have to think of how to get it in a game format still,"
they looked up at me, "why do you need vectors?"
"Also," I continued, choosing to ignore [insert name here]'s question, "Greg really wants to have a bunch of achievements that can be unlocked by doing certain things, which will be hard to set up in a comic format."
"But-"
"Also, in order to go through with our idea, I would need to know how to do basic flash shit and css coding, but the coding part isn't too bad"
"Can i?"
"Also, I need to make a few small sprites and animations for the game over and death screens, but that will be less hard and more fun. In all honesty the most important thing we need will be a large group to give us imput and actually 'play' the comic, if that makes sense."
[Insert name here] sighed, giving up on being heard, once I get on long tirades like this, there's no stopping me. I continued taking, not even noticing that my friend had stopped listening.
[Insert name here] turned to the camera, humming a bit and looking dead inside, "she'll wear herself out after a day or so"
They pause, glancing over at me, who is currently having a pleasant discussion with a houseplant on how to change the background color of mspfa in your comic.
"they might actually make it to 3 days this time though."
