"Danny, why is your daddy's hair green?" five-year-old Alexander asked.
"Why does you and your daddy look Asian?" four-year-old Daniel Clifford asked.
"Shut up! I'm not Asian!" Xander yelled.
Danny frowned and crossed his arms. "Daddy! Xander told me to shut up!"
Xander's eyes widened as Michael walked towards them. "Danny," Michael said. "Did you call Xander 'Asian' again?"
"Why would you think that, daddy?!" Danny yelled.
"Why else would Xander tell you to shut up?" Danny pouted at his father. "That's what I thought," Michael said. He walked back to the dinner table where all the other parents were at.
"What do you think they're talking about?" five-year-old Elizabeth Hemmings asked.
"Adult stuff, duh," Xander said.
"Ew, gross," Danny said while sticking out his tongue.
"I think adult stuff is cool," four-year-old Violet Irwin said.
"Me too! Adults is so cool!" Xander said frantically.
"You guys are weird," Lizzy said.
"No! Being an adult is fun!" Vi protested.
"Prove it, Vi," Danny said.
"Then let's play a game where we pretend to be like them," Vi said while pointing to the group of parents at the dinner table.
"That sounds fun!" Lizzy said. "Okay, so what do we do to be adults?"
"Um... adults are married," Vi said.
"Ewww," the other three said.
"C'mon! We're just playing pretend!" Vi said.
"Okay," Lizzy said. "Danny, you'll be my husband."
"Ew, no! Why?!" Danny wined.
"Because I said so," Lizzy said.
"I guess that means we're married," Xander smiled.
"Yeah," Vi smiled.
"Let's all go to dinner together!" Lizzy said.
"Okay," Vi said.
Danny and Lizzy walked to the little table they had been eating at.
Xander held out his hand to Violet. "Vi," he said. "Will you go on a, on a... what are those things called again?"
"It's called a date, Xander," his father said to him.
"Yeah!" he turned to Violet. "Vi, will you go on a date with me?"
Vi smiled and nodded. "Yes," she said while taking his hand. They walked over to join a fighting Danny and Lizzy for a double date.
While this occurred, the parents were watching their children play pretend.
"Aw!" Willow Irwin said.
"They don't know anything about adulthood," Ashton Irwin said.
"You don't know anything about adulthood," his wife retorted. All of
the adults laughed.
"Just wait, before we know it, they'll be dating each other," Grace Hemmings said.
"Ugh, I don't want to think about it," Luke Hemmings groaned.
"Can we just please focus on them right now?" Michael Clifford asked.
"You mean like how Danny is pulling Lizzy's pigtails." Luke said.
"Shit, Danny!" Michael yelled while walking over to them.
"Ugh, not again," Maggie Clifford said while shaking her head.
"I think Xander has a crush on Violet," Calum Hood said.
"You better not let him fucking touch my daughter," Ashton said. Everyone gave him a weird look.
"Ash," Calum said. "He's five."
"I'm just kidding! But seriously, if he breaks her heart, I will hurt you."
"Why me?!" Calum asked.
"Because you got your wife pregnant and created a monster that broke my daughter's heart."
"I can't help my wife is so damn-" Calum was cut off.
"Shut up, Calum," Lia Hood said.
"Sorry babe," Calum said, giving his wife a kiss.
"Get a room," Ashton groaned.
"That'll be our kids one day," Willow said.
"Stop reminding me!" Luke said.
"Sorry."
"Um, guys?" Grace Hemmings said. "I'm not feeling well, I have a huge headache. Can Lizzy stay over tonight?"
"Yeah, sure," Willow said. "Violet will be so excited."
Luke went over to tell his daughter that she was sleeping over and that he'll bring her pajamas over in a little while. He kissed her forehead and head back to the table. "Ready babe?"
"Yeah, bye guys."
"Bye, hope you feel better," all of them said.
They walked out the house and headed home. Once they left;
Michael finally walked back to the table after giving Danny a talk.
"God, they fight a lot," Michael said.
All of them laughed and stared at their children. They were playing and laughing like all children do. The parents wondered what lied in their futures, and hopefully it wasn't too much for them to handle.
