I was still in shock of what I just witnessed. Violet just kissed Xander. I can't cope right now. I don't know if I should throw up or scream with happiness.

I've been wanting Xander and Vi to get together ever since Vi's fifteenth birthday party. I can remember it just like it was yesterday...

Danny and I were at my house, listening to music. We were suppose to go to Vi's party, but we were caught up in something else.

"Back at school, they all thought I was an outcast car crash. Hopeless fool, they said to me," I sang.

"My girlfriend said I messed up, will I ever grow up, in the end, I'm not gonna" Danny sang.

Yes, Danny and I were caught up in singing songs by our dads. I love their songs so much. Honestly, if Luke wasn't my dad and if I was alive when they he was a teenager, I would have totally been part of the fandom.

"What was I thinking? Everyone sees it, it's not a secret that I'm just a reject, sick of your system don't want to hear it, it's not a secret that I'm just a reject," I sang.

"My teacher said I was mentally disabled so unstable, so I'll stay in bed, all day, save your breath, you can talk at me but I'm not listening, if this is a test, then I'm probably failing," he sang.

"What was I thinking? Everyone sees it, it's not a secret that I'm just a re-" The sound of a door creaking open cut me off.

"Um, you guys ready?" my dad asked.

I looked at the dress that was on my bed, which is what I'm suppose to be wearing to Violet's birthday. Oops.

"I'm taking your silence as a negative," he sighed.

"Uncle Luke," Danny said. "You and Aunt Grace can go ahead and me and Lizzy will meet you there."

"You better not try anything," my dad warned.

I groaned and rolled my eyes. "Daaaad stooop."

"Okay okay, we'll go," he said, putting his hands above his head. He looked back at Danny. "I'm watching you." He walked out.

"I'm sorry, he's embarrassing," I said.

"I'm used to your dad now," he laughed. "Lizzy, why aren't you ready?"

I smiled. "Because I want Xander and V to spend time together. Alone."

He frowned. "Um...why?"

"Because they would be such a cute couple," I said.

He scrunched his nose. "They're like, best friends. That's weird."

"No, it's cute. Just wait, they'll be dating in no time."

So I guess them dating took a little longer than I thought. And I guess it's a little different since it's a fake relationship, but to be honest, I think they'll fall for each other while doing this little plan of theirs. It's pretty inevitable.

I sat in class started to think. Mostly about tomorrow. I can't believe it, my mom has been gone for almost seven years. It's been so hard without her. I miss her so much. A tear fell from my eye, and I quickly wiped it away.

"Hey, Lizzy," the guy who sat next to me, Chase, said. "Can you help me on this? I don't get it."

I gave him a fake smile. "Sure."
